Milan is a lively and vibrant city, and being in such a central area means having everything at Your door step but also be in contact with the great energy of the city. We were not aware You needed other/extra cooking pans, otherwise we would provide them. We are always available for our guests and to give them support during their stay. ​We would like to thank You for taking the time to leave a review of Your stay and for highlighting the centrality of our apartment. Its location, convenient for exploring the city, is definitely a plus as is the fact that it is located inside a historic building. Reason why - as clearly indicated in the property advertisement - there is no elevator in the building to reach the apartment (on the 3rd floor). We understand it may be a little difficult with luggage, but staying in a prestigious building in the historic center of the city is an experience like no other.

Unfortunately it has been and continues to be very hot days in Milan, even exceeding 100.4 °F. The air conditioning is fully functional but, as You pointed out, as the flat is very large given the high outside temperatures it takes time for it to cool down completely. There are also fans to help recirculate the fresh air. In the advertisement it's indicated that the flat is on the top floor without lift as it is located in a very prestigious and historical building in the financial district of Milan (Piazza Affari), a few steps from Via Meravigli, Piazza Cordusio, Cairoli Castello, La Scala, the Cenacolo in Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Duomo.
