Relais Mamma Mia is comprised of two independent villas, each offering comfort and privacy. Both villas provide easy access to outdoor relaxation areas and picturesque views.

First Villa
Ground Floor: The main entrance opens into a spacious living area with contemporary furnishings, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A double bedroom offers comfort and privacy, while the dining area connects to a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the patio. The patio is furnished with lounging areas, an al fresco dining table, and a traditional pizza oven.

First Floor: Accessible via a staircase, this floor features two double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an inviting living area filled with natural light.

Second Villa
Living Area and Kitchen: A stone pathway connects to the second villa, which features an open-space living and dining area, a sofa bed, and a kitchen.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This unit includes two double bedrooms, one with twin beds, and two bathrooms with showers. The interiors open to a patio, creating an inviting space for al fresco dining and relaxation with panoramic views.

Outdoor Spaces
Relais Mamma Mia’s outdoor areas are designed for leisure and connection with nature, with ample space for lounging, dining, and enjoying the scenery.

Terraces and Dining Area: Both villas open onto terraces equipped with comfortable lounging furniture, dining tables, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, perfect for evenings under the stars.

Private Pool and Sunbathing Area: The garden extends to a sunbathing area complete with a private pool, sun loungers, and an expansive lawn where guests can relax while taking in the Mediterranean views.

Mediterranean Gardens: Surrounded by olive trees and native plants, the gardens offer a peaceful setting for walks or quiet moments.

Arrival and Check-In Information
Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a late arrival, as additional fees may apply.

Check-out time: By 10:00 am.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability, with an additional fee.

Other Things to Note:
Car access: Guests can easily access the villa with medium-sized cars or SUVs.
We do not recommend vans, as the last 50 meters of the road are steep and include tight curves, which can make access uncomfortable or difficult.
Larger vehicles cannot access the road leading to the villa.
Larger vans must be parked on the public road nearby, where paid parking is available.

Events and Gatherings: Relais Mamma Mia is available for select events with prior approval. For weddings, photo sessions, or gatherings, please contact Feeling Italy as additional fees may apply.

Private Chef and Catering Services: All external services, including private chefs, must be pre-approved by Feeling Italy. Unauthorized services are not permitted.

Wood Oven Usage: For a traditional Italian pizza experience, only professional chefs provided by Feeling Italy may use the villa’s wood oven. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

Accessibility: Due to multiple levels and stairways, Relais Mamma Mia may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.
