Spacious air-conditioned apartment with large swimming pool, near Cannes.

Apartment is located in a beautiful residence with park. The house is very spacious (100 m2 including terraces). On 2 sides (east / west) a large terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. Fully equipped modernized kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave). Thanks to 2 fully modernized bathrooms also particularly suitable for 2 couples. Towels and bed linen available on request (with beds made on arrival).
Location ground floor overlooking the beautiful garden. Own free parking space in the covered parking garage, so that the car is always cool.
There are 3 swimming pools, the largest of which is close to the apartment (33 meters long). Despite the crowds in high season the apartment is very quiet.
There is also free WiFi and HD TV with straming facilities. Kitchen is generously equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machines, etc.

Because of its exceptionally mild climate and beautiful beaches, Mandelieu has enjoyed an excellent reputation as a seaside resort for years.
The beautiful fine sand beach of Mandelieu (with ample free parking) is located about 2.5 km sheltered in the bay of La Napoule and gives a view of the bay of Cannes.
Mandelieu is also extremely suitable as a base for touristic excursions. From your apartment you have a very quick access (a few minutes) to the autoroute A8.

The 'Boulevard de la Croisette' of Cannes is about 10 km away. The airport 'Nice Côte d'Azur' can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
Bus stops with good bus connections are located just in front of the entrance of the building, the nearest train station Mandelieu-La Napoule at about 3 km.

Appartement grand, agréable, lumineux et sécurisé ; parking privé. Résidence grande et sécurisée Attention avec des enfants en âge primaire, grosse déception sur la piscine et la résidence en générale. Résidence plus axée sur les personnes âgées. Piscine où on ne peut rien faire à part y tremper... Jeux interdits... Et aucun transat pour les parents, impossible de s'installer confortablement pour surveiller les enfants, bouquiner, bronzer...

Il est dommage que vos enfants n'aient pas pu jouer suffisamment dans la piscine. Dans les informations que j'envoie toujours aux locataires, il est indiqué que les ballons y sont interdits. Il s'agit d'une grande piscine où vous pouvez bien faire des longueurs et où les enfants peuvent jouer tant qu'ils ne dérangent pas les autres. Pour votre confort à la piscine, il y a plusieurs chaises pliantes dans le dressing que vous pouvez utiliser à la piscine. Il y a également des transats que vous pouvez emmener à la plage. Nous essayons toujours de satisfaire nos locataires autant que possible.

Magnifique séjour dans très bel appartement

L'appartement est conforme à la description : spacieux, bien équipé, moderne et avec une vue magnifique sur le parc depuis la terrasse. Les jardins de la résidence ainsi que la résidence sont parfaitement entretenus. Il y a des très grands arbres qu'on ne se lasse pas de regarder. Nous voulons remercier la propriétaire qui a toujours très rapidement répondu à nos messages, nous a informés parfaitement à toutes les étapes de la location et est d'une grande correction. Nous remercions également la personne sur place qui nous a permis de récupérer rapidement l'appartement en parfait état de propreté. La piscine est propre et très grande et très proche de l'appartement. Il y a des commerces tout près et l'arrêt de la navette pour aller à la plage se situe devant la résidence : nous avons pu profiter de la plage tous les jours même si l'appartement n'est pas tout proche de la mer. Ce fut un séjour très agréable pour toute notre famille avec nos 3 grands enfants adulte et ados. A améliorer : le matelas du lit d'appoint et les éclairages dans la pièce principale. Merveilleux appartement, calme et bien équipé

Très bonne accessibilité, garage sécurisant, belle propriété. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux, très bien équipé avec des salles de bains récentes. Plein de commerces autour, boulangerie à 2' à pieds, autoroute à proximité pour profiter des alentours en évitant les bouchons urbains. Une dernière chose et non la moindre : la propriétaire est super gentille, agréable et disponible !

We liked staying in the appartment. There was plenty of room and we felt that the appartment was comfortable. Absolutely a quiet place without noise. Korien was very helpful, and the cleaning lady welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know about the appartment. We had the best possible information about arrival and departure, which is nice when you come to a new place.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé dans un environnement calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Ses 2 terrasses sont très pratiques pour profiter du soleil toute la journée. La résidence est calme et sécurisée. Tous les commerces nécessaires (boulangerie, boucherie, petit supermarché, pharmacie,...) sont à distance de marche. Sa situation géographique idéale nous a permis de visiter les environs (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco,...) ainsi que de profiter des plages de Théoule et La Napoule. La propriétaire, Korien, est très réactive, que ce soit pendant la préparation de la réservation ou pendant le séjour. En résumé, une parfaite adresse pour des vacances sur la Côte d'Azur !

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Appartement-Anlage

Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenager-Kindern) waren für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung zu Gast. Ab der ersten Anfrage bis zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der gesamte Schriftwechsel und auch ein Telefonat vor Ort waren sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin hat alle unsere Anfragen sehr zügig und geduldig innerhalb von kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Die Zahlungsmodalitäten inklusive der angenehm geringen Kautionwaren sehr gut. Bei der Ankunft hat uns die Putzfrau alles Wesentliche erklärt und auch einen kurzen Rundgang durch Wohnung und Anlage gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, man merkt, dass die Vermieterin selbst häufiger vor Ort ist. Es fehlt in der ganzen Wohnung und auch der Küche an nichts. Für zwei Wochen brauchten wir nur Lebensmittel und Bad-Utensilien einzukaufen, alles andere war schon vor Ort. Die Räume liegen im Erdgeschoss und sind für 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Angenehm sind die beiden Balkone/Terrassen. Auf der dem Garten zugewandten Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen sehr schön frühstücken. Durch die Bäume in der Anlage waren hier jedoch leider nur ca. 90 Minuten Sonne, dann lag sie im Schatten. Das sorgte jedoch auch dafür, dass die Wohnung eigentlich immer angenehm temperiert war. Gut sind die zwei Badezimmer, so kommen sich Kids und Eltern nicht ins Gehege. Das WC hätten wir uns etwas größer gewünscht, und das obwohl wir alle ziemlich schlank sind. Deutsches Fernsehen gab es nicht, aber wirklich gebraucht haben wir es nicht. Dafür ist das Internet (W-Lan / Wifi) superschnell und immer verfügbar. Der Garagenparkplatz war für unsere Familienkutsche fast zu niedrig, hier mussten wir unsere Antenne abgeschraubt lassen. Den zu allen Wohnungen gehörenden Pool haben wir kaum genutzt. Viele Mücken diesen Sommer haben uns das etwas vermiest, doch dafür kann ja keiner was. Er ist auf jeden Fall ausreihend groß und sauber, sowie ständig bewacht. Supermarkt, Gemüsehändler und Backerei sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß aus der Anlage verfügbar. Für größere Einkäufe lockt das Gewerbegebiet 5 Autominuten entfernt. Zum Strand (Plage des Dauphines) sind es knapp 30 Minuten zu Fuß, doch in der Nähe gibt es Parkplätze, das verkürzt den Weg deutlich und macht das Schleppen von Hab und Gut einfacher. Uns hat im Ort eine Flaniermeile gefehlt, die gibt es in La Napoule inklusive Restaurants und Souvenirläden (40+ Minuten Fußweg) Fazit: Toller Urlaub mit ganz geringen Einschränkungen - 4 Sterne!

zeer tevreden

een prima ingericht appartement , van alle gemakken voorzien . is gevestigd op een mooi terrein en ligt centraal t.o.v. Canes, Nice en Monaco. zwembaden zijn mooi , groot en goed verwarmd. parkeren van de auto is prima ( parkeergarage). wordt prima ontvangen door schoonmaakster ter plaatsen. voor ons is dit voor herhaling vatbaar.

Une excellente adresse à Mandelieu !

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet appartement à 5 adultes et nous sommes vraiment enchantés ! Tout était comme dans la description et les propriétaires sont charmants: communication nickel, la propriétaire nous avait donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'appartement, etc L'appartement est vraiment très bien équipé, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Il est bien situé dans la résidence, spacieux, avec 2 terrasses. C'est sûr, nous y retournerons ;-)

Net appartement om in te verblijven

Wij zijn hier van de periode van 18 tm 25 mei verbleven gedurende het filmfestival in Cannes. Leuk appartement, netjes & schoon en het contact met eigenaresse was ook erg prettig. Als er al problemen of vragen waren, was er vaak binnen een paar uur antwoord. Appartement is zeker aan te raden.

Très bonne adresse

Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans cet appartement , nous étions 3 adultes et deux enfants de 5 et 6 ans. Nous avons été ravis, l'appartement est spacieux et très agréable à vivre même par forte chaleur. Tout était conforme à la description. Très bien situé dans la résidence, au calme tout en étant près de la piscine. Tout près à pied, il y a de nombreux commerces y compris pharmacie et médecins. La propriétaire nous avait fournis toutes les informations nécessaires concernant les lieux et pour tous soucis elle est toujours joignable par mail. C'est un lieu idéal pour passer des vacances en famille avec des enfants : piscine dans la résidence, à proximité les plages, de nombreux parcs et jardins ainsi que le lac de St. Cassien. Si un jour nous retournons à Mandelieu, nous relourons cet appartement .
