VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the cooresponding occupancy or max cappacity which is 13-14 people.

Kidney-shaped, Stainless steel ladder to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 12 metres long, 6 metres wide and 0,85 metres - 1,70 metres deep

** One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)

** A security deposit of 2000€ is required for damages. This deposit is refundable after the departure and the house inspection.

** Pool is heatable with a surcharge of 560€/week, highly recommended form November to April

**Late check in carry the following extra charges:

- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
