This property, dating from 1845 and completely renovated in 2012, is located in the interior of the island of Gran Canaria, in the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana. It is comprised of two completely independent houses one from the other, a century-old house and a rural porch with more than 100 years old, in addition to having parking and swimming pool completely private. The caves of the Guanches shelter it from any hint of civilization. It is the perfect place for those who love silence.
One of the main attractions of this beautiful place are the contrasts of the vegetation and the arid zones it contains. The olive tree is characteristic of the farm to which the house belongs, and the nearest town, Santa Lucia, is located 5 kilometers away. This picturesque town of Gran Canaria has artisans dedicated to various disciplines (ceramics, looms, palm ...) and an agricultural market every Sunday of the week, being able to acquire fresh produce directly from those who till the land. In addition to the countless birds that fly over the area with their peculiar songs, the Tirajana basin, to the southwest of the island, provides a bright sun almost all year round.

Mainly, because there is no means of public transport that can make the journey between the nearest town (Santa Lucia de Tirajana) and the house itself. In addition, the property has a completely private parking to park the vehicle that is rented.

2weeks of cycling with friends. Road access to the house is not the easiest since it has a few steep climbs and add about 400 feet of elevation both ways. House is very clean, old finca. You can lock yourself out of the rooms if you are not careful.
Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig am Berghang nahe Santa Lucia. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, da der letzte Straßenabschnitt sehr eng, steil und extrem kurvig ist. Damit erkauft man sich aber eine herrlich ruhige, abgelegene Lage.Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Was aus den Fotos nicht ersichtlich war: die Zimmer haben keine Fenster und jedes nur die Tür nach außen. Wir hatten uns aber an beides schnell gewöhnt.Die Tische innen wie außen waren leider klebrig, ebenso das Geschirr. Ansonsten ist die Aufteilung der Sitzgelegenheiten in der Küche als auch draußen auf der Terrasse gut gelungen. Den Pool und den (neuen) Jacuzzi haben wir nicht genutzt, war im Januar aber auch nicht sonderlich attraktiv.Die Schränke in der Küche sind wegen ihres Alters schon arg verzogen und schwergängig. Ansonsten ist die Küchenausstattung umfangreich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Gasofen war uns sehr hilfreich, konnten wir uns doch jeden Morgen eigene Brötchen backen.Im Bad haben wir regelmäßig einen latenten Abwassergeruch wahrgenommen, konnten die Ursache aber nicht ermitteln. Der Vermieter hat uns bei Check In und Check Out sehr unkompliziert unterstützt. Wir konnten früher als angegeben ins Haus und auch später wieder abreisen, da wir ansonsten noch länger am Flughafen hätten warten müssen.Die Lage war für die geplanten Wanderungen auf Gran Canaria ideal. In kurzer Entfernung liegt Santa Lucia, wo man bei Antonio gutes Essen serviert bekommt. Fazit: Empfehlenswert
L'extérieur est très agréable avec un coin cuisine/bbq, une table repas, un salon, des transats ... mais une partie du matériel est en mauvais état (matelas extérieurs en mauvais état, jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas très bien). Il est indiqué climatisation dans l'annonce mais ce sont plutôt des ventilateurs. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Déceptions piscine revoir matériel extérieur usés !! Pas étendoir a linge .la maison très sympa et propre
Es war nicht leicht zu finden , mussten uns erst lange durchfragen, aber als wir dann endlich an der Finca angekommen waren wir sofort begeistert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wonderful house in beautiful location
What an amazing house! One of the most beautiful places we have stayed but also so well equipped with nothing forgotten (even found an electric whisk when making pancakes). The pool and hot tub were great and we spent many happy days relaxing on the veranda looking at the view. But be warned the final road down to the house is not for the faint hearted, a small car recommended and nerves of steel. We will definitely be back.

Belle propriété pour un super sejour
Très jolie maison dotée de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Coin barbecue fort agréable. Très bien aménagée avec un coin terrasse parfait. Octavio le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Très bon contact. Seul inconvénient, maison un peu isolée dans la montagne. Il faudrait peut être penser à une signalétique à l'entrée du chemin.Mais cela vaut le détour pour passer un sejour parfait !!!
