Holiday home with attention to detail, located on a large natural plot only approx. 500 meters from the Limfjord with child-friendly beach. The cottage appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump and thus the possibility of lower consumption. The living room is modernly furnished and well equipped with flat screen TV with German channels as well as Danish channels (Large package from Boxer) and Chromecast, so you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. There is free internet as well as stereo with CD player as well as wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen is in high quality and well equipped with i.a. ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave and dishwasher. The cottage also offers a large bathroom with bathing environment, shower and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine. The house has three bedrooms with double bed. There is an outdoor fish cleaning area where the day's catch can be cleaned and prepared for dinner. Both open and covered terrace with good garden furniture, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
