Bobo family holiday house with pool is a place where I can proudly host all guests and not worry about anything. A modern holiday house with a swimming pool of 24 m2 is a real oasis of peace and quiet on one of the best locations in Istria. If you wish to visit Rovinj, Pula, Brijuni or any other Istrian attractions, you will reach them with your car within 10 to 20 minutes. Pula Airport is 14.5 km away from the house.

A comfortable family house of 95 m2, can accommodate 6 people in a quiet environment of a traditional istrian neighborhood.

2 bedrooms with double beds and a large corner in the living room will provide enough sleeping space. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

All the amenities you need for a quality vacation are at your fingertips: Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, SAT-TV, WiFi, barbecue, private swimming pool and 4 sun loungers, while your youngest ones can enjoy slides and swings. For a pleasant gathering on the terrace, a spacious outdoor table for 6 people will serve you well.

The large fenced yard offers 5 parking spaces.

+ Home is very nice + Jacuzzi + Parking Place + Window Blinds for Sleeping Just a few downs: - No more farmland next, but a big quite busy parking place (not visible on the photos) - Constant smell from showers/drains - Ants in the floor - A few lights not working A pool heating would increase the rating to five stars :D

Aufenthalt war genau wie erwartet - super und entspannend. Das Haus war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Aufenthalt mit Hund durch die hohe Einzäunung empfehlenswert.Wir hatten Abends um 21 Uhr ein Problem gemeldet und die Gastgeber waren innerhalb von 20 Minuten vor Ort und haben es behoben - besseren Service kann man nicht erwarten!Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal

Ein schöner Familienurlaub mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, ein paar Abnutzungsmängel, aber nichts schlimmes. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wir konnten schon vor 16 Uhr ins Haus, wenn wir was brauchten, wurde schnell reagiert.

Toller Familienurlaub mit Hund

Der Check-in-Vorgang lief nach der langen Reise ohne Probleme ab und wir wurden herzlichst Empfangen. Die Kommunikation war zu jederzeit Top. Das Haus sowie die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Hund konnte sich den ganzen Tag frei draußen bewegen, ohne dass man ständig aufpassen musste. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool sowie im beheizbaren Whirlpool. Ein großer Plodine Supermarkt oder auch ein Lidl, Kaufland etc. sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Das Wetter in Kroatien ist zu dieser Jahreszeit schön sommerlich und Tagsüber meist um die 30 Grad. Die Halbinsel bietet viele Orte, Inseln und Strände zum Erkunden. Danke für diesen großartigen Urlaub!

Relaxen in Istrien

Ana ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war stets einwandfrei. Das Objekt ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Jedoch scheinen einige Arbeiten (diverse Stromkabel ragten an verschiedenen Stellen weitesgehend ungesichert aus den Wänden) nicht abgeschlossen zu sein. Ärgerlich war das keine der beiden Steckdosen im separatem Badezimmer funktionierte bzw. eine Steckdose hing bereits lose aus dem Mauerwerk. Das Badfenster ist aus Klarglas mit Blick durch den Zaun auf den angrenzenden öffentlichen Parkplatz. Der Pool ist klein aber fein und die Liegen sind (leider ohne Auflagen) immer noch ganz gemütlich. Auch für die Holzbänke im Außenbereich gibt es leider keine Auflagen. Das Objekt wurde weitestgehend sauber übergeben. Der Grill incl. Grillrost waren leider nicht gereinigt. Gut war neben der großzügigen Raumaufteilung auch das Schatten spendende Carport. Das Objekt liegt nah am Ortszentrum und die Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Gehminuten gut erreichbar. Gleiches gilt für Restaurant und Bars. Die Stadt Pula mit ihrem Amphitheater ist in gut 20-25 Minuten gut erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns mit den vielen kleinen Mängeln arrangiert und bei schönem und angenehmen Sommerwetter eine schöne Relaxwoche verbracht.

Super Urlaub mit Kind und Hund.

Alles hat genau unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Zum Strand sind es 20min (inkl. Hundestrand), gutes Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool und Whirlpool sind gepflegt und auch der Rest macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück macht einen Aufenthalt mit Hund extrem komfortabel. Sollte wir nächstes Jahr wieder einen freien Zeitraum finden sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus mit tollem Grundstück

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet, klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück mit Pool, Liegen und schattigen Sitzplatz ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir reisten mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 jugendlichen Kindern und einem Hund und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten auch ausreichend Platz. Lediglich das eine Bad ist sehr klein, was aber nicht so dramatisch ist, da es ja noch ein Zweites gibt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber dennoch ist man nach wenigen Metern direkt im 'Zentrum' des Städtchens. Ein Bäcker ist ganz nah und auch ein Mini Supermarkt ist für einen kleinen Einkauf zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Objekt eignet sich sehr gut, um die Westküste von Istrien zu erkunden, innerhalb einer halben Stunde kann man z. B. Pula und Rovinj erreichen.

Wonderful summer time in Vodnjan, Istria

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks of July 2021 in this beautiful house in Vodnjan. The house was perfectly clean and equipped with all necessary utensils and details at our arrival, we did not need to bring or buy virtually anything extra except own food. In the beginning of our stay we just spent time relaxing around the pool and in the perfectly kept garden. We had our dog Gile with us and even he enjoyed running around this garden. The owners Bojan and Anna are a wonderful young couple who live in the house next door, they warmly welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. We became friends with them, went out on a boat trip to the coast together and spent some days enjoying each other’s pleasant company. They showed us amazing hidden beaches along the coast that only natives know how to find. We hope to keep in touch and visit them again! Istria in general is a green land with lush vegetation, pleasant climate where temperatures do not often go above 30 C, stony and pebbly beaches with clean water along the coast and romantic small old towns. If you have a car, you should definitely visit Fazana that has excellent beaches just a few kilometers away from Vodnjan, Pula, Pazin, Opatija. Our favorite town is Rovinj as it has a real old coastal city charm, but also Motovun which is perched on a hill and has the best black truffle restaurants that you will ever find. All in all, Istria is a beautiful place on earth, well worth exploring and enjoying. We were very lucky to choose this particular house in Vodnjan from where everything was easily reachable. Its warm and friendly owners additionally made our stay a memory for life that we would like to experience again in the future and cordially recommend to everyone else too!
