Joli appartement tres bien situé.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Maria et l'appartement sentait et etait très propre. Il est grand et pratique. Les deux étages ne sont pas un problème. A deux pas du funiculaire de Bica qui connecte avec le tram 28. Près du métro et du marche la Ribeira. A recommender !

Nice Apartment

We had a wonderful time in Lisboa. The apartment is near to the metro-station, the Tejo, the city, the tram No.28 and much more. All we needed, was in the apartment. Just one kind we didn't like, the apartment is poorly soundproofed.You hear very much from the other familys in the house.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen Lissabons

Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und wir hatten alles, was man benötigt vor Ort :) Wir waren zu fünft, ein Bad war daher schon recht knapp bemessen. Zu sechst/siebt benötigt man einen guten Plan! Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte allerdings vorher schauen, wo er es unterstellt, sonst kommen am Tag schnell 20€ und mehr an Parkgebühren auf einen zu.

Splendida casa, in una bellissima posizione

La casa è molto confortevole e coerente con la descrizione. Il salotto ed una camera sono davvero luminose, la cucina è comoda e c'è tutto il necessario. Nel nostro caso non ha funzionato il wifi, ma il Sig. Figueroa mi ha assicurato che era un problema in via di risoluzione (risoluzione di cui purtroppo non ho potuto avere conferma). Unico elemento negativo, ma non tanto da inficiare il mio giudizio, la luminosità di due delle tre camere: una ha una piccolissima finestra utile solo a cambiare aria, la terza camera non ha direttamente accesso all'aria esterna, ma ha una piccola finestra che da sulla seconda camera. La gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host è da sei stelle. Tornerei volentieri in questo appartamento e mi sento di consigliarlo. Da segnalare, sotto casa, l'Ironic Cafè Bar: posto splendido gestito da persone fantastiche, consiglio assolutamente. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, davvero.

Fantastic in every way!

What a beautiful place! The photos really don't do it justice, we fell in love with apartment as soon as we walked in. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was located at walking distance to pretty much all the cool bars and restaurants in Bairro Alto. We will definitely be back.

Sehr gute Lage

Nettes kleines Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Idealer Startpunkt um die Altstadt kennenzulernen. Liegt aber noch etwas Abseits der " Partymeile". Der Empfang war herzlich, allein die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief sehr schleppend.

PARFAIT

Excellent appartement très bien situé dans le Bairro Alto, plus précisément proche du funiculaire da Bica, à proximité à 10 mn à pied de la station de métro Cais do Sodré, de la place du commerce, du Time Out Market. L'appartement présente toutes les commodités (cafetière, lave linge, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, étendoir, aspirateur, TV, WI-FI,.....). Appartement très bien entretenu, rien à redire, nous étions 6 personnes avec 3 chambres, chacun avait la sienne. Avions résidé au 2è étage, prévoir 33 marches à monter ainsi que d'autant pour accéder à notre rue, mais c'est pas gênant ça nous permettait de nous maintenir en forme pour digérer tous les restos que nous avions fait durant toute la semaine...lol Avions été accueilli chaleureusement par la propriétaire à notre arrivée par une coupelle de fraise et une carafe de porto, excellente initiative qui nous a fait très plaisir!!! Je recommande vivement cet appartement, par contre éviter de dormir coté rue car les éboueurs passent à 3 h du matin et font un vacarme pas possible, préférer donc les chambres à l'arrière et vous ne les entendrez plus. Les sites incontournables à visiter sont : la Baixa, le chiado, la place du commerce, le quartier Oriente (océanarium, téléphérique du parc des nations,...), balade dans le tramway électrique 28 ainsi qu'en TUKTUK (version insolite pour découvrir certains quartiers), la traversée du Tage pour visiter le Cristo Rei, prendre le train direction Cascais, visiter le quartier de Belem (pose s'impose pour déguster les pasteis de Belem). Coté restaurant, éloignez-vous de quelques rues des sites touristiques pour payer un prix abordable sinon c'est l'addition salée garantie, et demandez surtout que le prix soit bien taxe et service compris sinon c'est 10% supplémentaire mais ça se négocie!!! Nous étions 3 couples et nous avons adoré cette semaine de vacances.... INOUBLIABLE!!!!

Great location, met our needs, couple of issues

We had a fantastic 5 night stay in Lisbon and the apartment mostly met our needs as a family of 5 with 3 school age children. Great location close to Cais do Sodre and Time Out Market, next to Elevador de Bica and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Two small supermarkets close by as well to get essentials from. Excellent comms from Miguel throughout and it was lovely to be met by Maria with a plate of fresh strawberries and decanter of port. On the downside, the beds were seriously uncomfortable - like sleeping on bare springs. Mattresses definitely need replacing. General dampness in the air also which triggered my asthma. There was no bottle opener, which is an absolute basic requirement and very annoying to discover there wasn't one. And as previous reviewers have mentioned, you can hear every single movement from the flat above, which in our case started at 6am most days. So not perfect by any means, but good value and a good option for families.

Well located good apatment for 6 people

We stayed here in March 2017. It seems to be newly renovated and is a well outfitted apartment with beds for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay as there are many nearby sites to walk to as well as shops to buy food. Of course there are also a number of nearby restaurants. Miguel, the property manager, was very prompt with replies to emails and payments were made without any issues. Maria, the contact person, responded within the hour to any calls for help when we were living in the apartment. The apartment is located close to the Bica funicular (elevadore). It is a reasonably short walk into the centre of Lisbon. It is a also a quite short walk to Cais de Sodre which has Metro and train stations as well as stops for a number of trams and a supermarket. The favourite small old tram #28 also passes nearby.

Wonderful stay !!

The apartment is really nice and Maria was wonderful welcoming us with Porto and strawberries on the table. She was kind to book for us a taxi to the airport ! The place is nice, well furnished, in a strategic area to visit Lisbon. I will definitively stay there again!

Bel appartement, très bien situé

Très agréable appartement, à la décoration soignées et parfaitement équipé. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, avec une carafe de porto très appréciée ! L'appartement est très bien situé au pied de" l'élévador de Bica", qui mène au quartier pittoresque du Bairro Alto (bcp de restaurants sympas). Le centre historique de Lisbonne est très proche (à pied sans problème), avec métro, bus et tramway (notamment pour aller à Bélem), et également le marché de la Ribeira à ne pas manquer. Very pleasant

We had a wonderful holiday in Lissabon also because of the comfortable and nice apartment that is on a beautiful and central spot in the city centre and close to the station Cais do Sodré and other public transport. Miguel was very helpful to make our stay as pleasant as comfortable!

good time

We had an extremely good time at this apartment, the neighborhood is very charming and lively and the apartment was clean and organized. The metrostation was within walking distance as well as a supermarket and some other little shops. You can also have a great time going out at night in the neighborhood. The owners were very kind and took good care of everything. Would definitely recommend.

génial !!!

appartement génial, très propre, conforme aux photos, idéalement situé à deux pas du célèbre ascensor de Bica, que nous ne nous sommes pas privés d'emprunter. A proximité de toutes les commodités à commencer par la cafeteria de Nando à 20 mètres où vous prenez un copieux petit déjeuner pour 9,45 euros à trois(ce n'est pas des blagues, avec grand café , thé , tartines beurrées et confiture, vrai jus d'orange...). A ce prix là vous comprendrez qu'on a pas souvent utilisé la cuisine, vu que vous pouvez manger à peu près partout pour moins de 20 euros à trois le midi et le soir. L'appartement outre l'environnement, plein coeur de ville au pied du quartier du chiado, ne manque de rien au niveau équipement. Nous avons été accueillis par Maria, super gentille, avec un gros plat de fraises et une bouteille de vin , en guise de bienvenue. Merci encore Maria de nous avoir si longuement attendu...et de votre disponibilité. Cerise sur le gâteau, le jour du départ, vous repartez en claquant la porte après avoir laissé les clefs sur la table, ce qui est vraiment une super marque de confiance et dans l'esprit de Homelidays que l'on aime. Bref, une location super que nous recommandons vivement et dans laquelle nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Famille Galaber, Bordeaux, France

Magnifica Lisbona

Il nostro soggiorno a Lisbona presso questo appartamento è stato favoloso. La casa è risultata essere anche più bella di quanto ci aspettavamo: pulita, ben arredata, molto ben attrezzata, elegante. L'accoglienza da parte di Miguel è stata altrettanto soddisfacente: al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta ed un'ottima bottiglia di vino rosso. La casa poi è vicinissima al centro ed anche a comodi minimarket, giusto in cima alla scalinata. Io lo consiglierei tranquillamente per un comodo soggiorno a Lisbona.

.... bellissimo e molto centrale...

l'appartamento è esattamente come le foto, la sig.ra Maria veramente una persona squisita, l'appartamento si trova in una zona molto centrale, nonostante sia una zona ricca di locali è comunque molto tranquilla...l'unica nota negativa è che l'appartamento ha un solo bagno per cui otto posti letto sono proprio difficili da gestire ed inoltre è molto carente di stoviglie....

De studio is voorzien van al de nodige faciliteiten en is heel proper. De ligging is ideaal, dichtbij het station en je bent onmiddellijk in het centrum. En 's avonds ben je snel in de gezellige straatjes om te eten. Wij kunnen deze studio aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Très bien situé et au calme

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Lisbonne. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de tout. Nous n'avions pas de voiture, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de visiter la ville. Merci à Maria pour son accueil chaleureux. Famille SCHMITT Francis de MATZENHEIM près de STRASBOURG
