With a wide terrace of 30 square meters on the south and southwest side you can always sit in or out of the sun. For the colder evenings you can still enjoy yourself in the spacious living room. In the fall, winter and spring it is where you spend the most time. Of course, the outside terrace can also be wonderful. In the bedroom is a large bed of 160x200 cm and in the spacious living room an excellent sofa bed of 140x200 cm. The spacious luxury bathroom has a bath with shower, a marble floor and a large marble sink. A small second bathroom has a toilet and a large sink. The kitchen is nice and large by Spanish standards and equipped with all conveniences. If you do not feel like eating out once, you can simply prepare the tastiest meals yourself and something is left over, then you can store it temporarily in the large freezer.
