This lovely property is perched on a mountainside located in the midst of Arc 1600, Savoie! Offering ski-in/ski-out access from buildings made of wood and stone, this residence is conveniently positioned at the foot of the slopes, only 50m away from the new Mont Blanc chairlift.

This rustic 60m² apartment is ideal for large families or groups of 8, and combines warm decor with excellent amenities. After exploring the French Pyrénées, stop in our communal lounge for board games or travel along the 500m footpath to the thermal baths of Luchon for a warm soak! Whether you decide to dine out or prepare a simple meal, you’re sure to enjoy the variety of activities Luchon has to offer!

Accommodating up to 8 guests, this 3 BEDROOM apartment features a Double bed in the first bedroom, with the second and third bedrooms both containing a comfortable bunk bed. In the living area is an additional Single sofa bed with a pull-out bed, which we recommend for children.

Get ready for your adventurous day in our BATHROOM, and additional half bathroom, which come equipped with towels upon arrival (though a change in linen is provided for a charge: sheets €9/person, towels €9/kit).

After exploring the area, sit in our open-plan LIVING AREA to relax and watch TV on the comfortable sofas. You can easily call and connect with family back home through our wifi for an extra charge while sitting throughout the apartment or on the balcony or terrace.

In the KITCHENETTE you’ll find a microwave, a set of ceramic hot plates, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Raclette sets can be rented from the residence to add to or make a simple meal. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine! You can enjoy all your meals at the dining table with seating for 8 over the balcony or terrace. This apartment may be split-level. WiFi is available for an additional charge (prices available on-site).

The Lagrange Vacances Residence Le Belvédère is perfectly positioned to offer you a wonderful mountain vacation in the French Pyrénées! After a day spent exploring the mountains, either by bike or on skis, sink into the excellent thermal baths in Luchon, a mere 500m by footpath and 2.5km by road. As a bonus, guests receive 1 free sauna or steam room session per apartment, per week. Additional sessions are available for €10 per session or €45 for 5 sessions. Take a stroll or use one of our bicycles to travel through the lively town centre and enjoy the trendy boutiques and shops, delicious restaurants, and endless entertainment. The surrounding area has a myriad of fun activities to participate in; our favourite is the mini golf course near the residence!

Guests are welcome to relax in the heated swimming pool on-site or in the sauna (for an extra charge as above), and stretch sore muscles in the fitness suite (free access). Spend time with family and friends playing board games in the communal lounge (free access), or, in the summer, cycle around the idyllic countryside and store your bike on-site (free bike storage). In the winter, the ski lockers will enable you to get on the slopes first thing in the morning. Luggage storage is also available free of charge. TV is available free of charge in the accommodation and in the common area.

If you are travelling by car, our complimentary outdoor PARKING is available on-site (subject to availability), and laundry facilities and underground parking are available for an extra charge. The residence is happy to provide cot or high chair hire for €5/day or €15/stay, or a baby kit (bed + chair) for €7/day or €25/stay (subject to availability, request at booking).

Please note that a small daily tourist tax per person, along with a damage deposit, will be collected by the resort upon arrival. If you are interested in bringing your pet with you, please enquire as to the availability of pet-friendly units. Also note that, for an extra charge, guests can arrange to have beds made on arrival for €50, optional end-of-stay cleaning for €85, or beds made on arrival plus end-of-stay cleaning for €125. The swimming pool is closed on Saturdays during the French school holidays, and closed on Sundays at any other time.
