We fell in love with the valley in 2021, and after a year we found this property that we totally renovated with our own hands.
This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in a small residence on the 1st floor, overlooking the lake, a direct path takes you there from the parking lot (see photo). A few kilometres away, the Val Louron resort. A shuttle stop takes you to the Skywall to reach the resort of Peyragudes. A private ski locker is at your disposal in a collective room. Many activities nearby both in winter and summer: Balnéa, trail running, hiking, hiking or cycling, Ludéo...
The apartment consists of a living room with six seats, around a central table, with an equipped kitchen. One bedroom offers a 140x190 bed and a dressing room; The mezzanine consists of a 90x190 bunk bed and two 80x200 beds, possibility of joining them to form a 160x200 bed.
In the entrance, you will find a cupboard to store your coats and shoes.
Traveler access: You have access to the complete apartment and the ski room which is located in the residence, accessible from the outside near the parking lot.
Other remarks: For information, electricity is an additional cost, i.e. on your arrival, the electricity meter is photographed, as well as at the end of your stay. The price per kWh is €0.19
You can request the cleaning option for the end of your stay on arrival for an amount of €60. A cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival if you do not take the option. It will be retained if the cleaning is not carried out.
A deposit of €500 will be required when you return to the accommodation. It will be returned to you if no damage is found in the apartment.
Sheets and towels not provided, possibility to rent on request.
Note that all arrivals after 8 p.m. incur an additional concierge cost of €50.
