Why they chose this property
This property was built in 1711 and has many historical features.
It is in a secluded location yet 5 minutes walk to the local pub and church.
It’s a further 10 mins to Mousehole with its fishing harbour, restaurants and pubs.
Just 20 minutes down a quiet country lane and you are in Newlyn with its fishmongers, harbour and more restaurants, pubs and cinema. Surfing beaches at Porthcurno and Sennen are within easy reach.

What makes this property unique
Fresh air, birdsong and little traffic. St Michael’s Mount is within four miles and it’s less than twice that distance to the famous Minack theatre, carved out of the cliff. Cornwall is host to some beautiful gardens, rugged coast and plenty of wildlife. A retreat from the urban environment, where you can walk the coastal paths which look over the changing colours of the sea.
