Drunk apartment in Laigueglia, Colla Micheri area, which the Norwegian anthropologist, explorer, director, and writer Thor Heyerdahl chose to raise his family. A place where Thor fell in love at first sight, with that hill carved into the rock, plunging into the sea without degrading into a beach. After every adventure, after every exploration, Thor would return to his peaceful retreat. The apartment is located in a villa with a panoramic position, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and overlooking the bays of Andora and Alassio, with spacious terraces. HEATED SWIMMING POOL, BARBECUE, GARDEN, TENNIS COURT ARE SHARED. Parking space available. It consists of an open space living room with a kitchen, three bathrooms, three double bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and two single beds.

Peaceful and picturesque

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Natalia went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed—her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. The property is truly picturesque, with stunning views in every direction—vineyards, lemon trees, and the sea creating the most idyllic backdrop.The condo itself was thoughtfully equipped and perfectly laid out for two families with kids. It had everything we could possibly need and offered both comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The beach was just a quick 10-minute drive away, and after a day by the sea, the pool was the perfect place to unwind and relax.We couldn’t be happier with our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Wundervolle Aussicht

Diese Ferienwohnung besticht durch eine unglaubliche Aussicht! Von jedem Zimmer oder jedem der vielen Balkone hat man Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich ist auch sehr schön und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort in vollen Zügen genossen.

Capodanno in un posto paradisiaco

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione meravigliosa con vista mare. La struttura è arredata con gusto in modo moderno ed elegante e ti fa sentire subito accolto in un ambiente famigliare. La zona piscina e il campo da tennis sono un ulteriore valore aggiunto. La posizione ha fatto sì che potessimo assistere ai fuochi d'artificio di Capodanno da una zona privilegiata. Victoria e Liga ci hanno accolto con molta disponibilità e cortesia fornendoci tutte le indicazioni del caso. Il nostro soggiorno è stato pertanto molto piacevole e tutto il nostro gruppo di amici ha concordato sulla bellezza della struttura e sulla possibilità di soggiornare di nuovo nell'appartamento. Unico inconveniente della vacanza è che non siamo riusciti a trovare alcuni strumenti più o meno utili in cucina per esempio lo scolapasta, delle tovagliette per pranzare e il microonde. A parte questi piccoli dettagli rimediabili ci sentiamo di consigliare vivamente un soggiorno in struttura.

Tolle Lage

Grosszügige, schöne Wohnung an einer wunderschönen Lage mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Pool wäre sehr schön war aber zu kalt zum Baden. Tennisplatz eher älter aber gut zu nutzen. Die Region bietet schöne Städtchen und Strandlage. Sauberkeit des Geschirres war nicht so gut und die Information über einen beheizten Pool sowie vorhandene Strandtücher entsprachen nicht der Beschreibung/Vorinformation. Würden wieder buchen aufgrund der tollen Wohnung und Lage. Vielen Dank.

Villa in Laigueglia

Die Lage der Villa ist einzigartig, der Blick aufs Meer fantastisch. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet, die Sitzplätze außen sind wunderschön. Es gibt ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: viele Steckdosen sind vorhanden, aber auf den meisten war kein Strom für z.B. den Wasserkocher und den Föhn. Die Küchenutensilien könnte man etwas erweitern, z.B. mit einem Toaster. Ansonsten haben wir den - viel zu kurzen - Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen gerne nochmals mit der Familie oder Freunden! Civediamo e tanti saluti Renate e Ernesto

Location di pregio prossima a Laigueglia con vista, posizione e servizi come da presentazione.

Soggiorno molto bello. Da valutare la distanza dalle spiagge in funzione della scarsità di parcheggio nei periodi di massima affluenza. Victoriya sempre molto disponibile nel cercare soluzioni e proposte per rendere il soggiorno piacevole.

Quelle vue!

De belles vacances, calmes et reposantes. Une vue magnifique, un appartement propre. Il n’y avait la TV que par internet et pour Netflix. Des démarches ont été faites et on a pu voir l’euro pour la fin de notre séjour.

Alles in allem wirklich toll, mit einem einzigen Schönheitsfehler: der Tennisplatz war in schlechtem Zustand (Bodenbelag, Netz) und nicht umzäunt. Insofern nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Wer also wie wir auch wegen des Tennisplatzes diese Unterkunft bucht, sollte das wissen

Zeer mooie woning op een prachtige plek

Prachtige vakantie met gezin gehad in een villa met prachtige uitzichten over zee. Van alle gemakken voorzien Met een tennisbaan die veel gebruikt is. Zwembad was geweldig. Een aanrader vanuit ons. Tip voor eigenaar is misschien gordijnen voor ramen in slaapkamer en een afscheiding in grote slaapkamer. En een keer extra handdoeken wissel. Tevens thee en koffiekopjes want die waren er niet.

Fantastic place

We had a great holiday here. The place is marvellous. You have magnificent views over large parts of the Liguria coast. House is modern with great confort. Heated swimming pool and tennis field were great value for the kids! We would love to come back!
