Don't miss the opportunity to stroll through the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you'll find the best fresh produce and where the city's tradition comes alive.

Other Things to Note:

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!



For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! Just ask (price on request)



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request).



To make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into force.

The fee of €2.00 is not included in the price of the stay and applies to guests over the age of 16. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
