Mas de Saint Paul is an artistic Provençal villa in a commanding position overlooking the celebrated hilltop village of Saint‑Paul‑de‑Vence, with uninterrupted, picture‑postcard views. Professionally managed and overseen by an attentive villa manager, it offers all the charm of a private home with the reassurance of hands-on support whenever guests need it.

The spacious villa (around 260 m²) has four air‑conditioned en‑suite bedrooms, a lofty open‑plan living room and kitchen, and a newly refurbished spa bathroom. It sits within 1,500 m² of mature Mediterranean gardens filled with flowering shrubs, palm, olive, orange, mandarin and fig trees, retaining original beamed ceilings and stone floors for authentic Provençal character.
Set among tranquil, green hills, Mas de Saint Paul is just an 8‑minute walk from the centre of La Colle‑sur‑Loup (bakeries, supermarket, restaurants) and a short drive to Saint‑Paul‑de‑Vence. Nice International Airport is about 15 minutes away, with Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monaco all within easy reach, making the villa both a peaceful retreat and a convenient base.

Reflecting the area’s strong artistic heritage, the house features its own private art collection and is very close to renowned museums and galleries, including the Fondation Maeght. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with the celebrated Alain Llorca restaurant around 10 minutes on foot and the iconic La Colombe d’Or just up the hill in Saint‑Paul‑de‑Vence.

Outdoors, guests enjoy a large, not‑overlooked private pool with sun loungers, a summer kitchen with gas BBQ and a romantic garden gazebo. Great views. Just as advertised. Little town of Colle Sur Loup is great and walkable but steep uphill returning. Short drive to St Paul de Vence.

A truly wonderful villa with amazing views and all the amenities you want and need. Communication with host Dominika and house manager Jane was brilliant. Both very helpful, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Highly recommend the villa, will definitely come back in the future.

Lovely villa

A lovely, spacious, well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated villa. The pool was a generous size, with plenty of seating options, and the terrace was ideal for outside eating.The close proximity to La Colle sur Loup with the various restaurant options it offers, was great and, more generally, the villa is ideally located with short drives to many traditional inland towns and villages as well as only being 15 mins from the coast, 30 minutes to Antibes and slightly longer drives to Cannes and Monaco.The views of St Paul de Vence were amazing and getting there was very straightforward by jumping on the bus at the stop at the end of the road (or you could walk the whole way if fairly fit).Communication with the host and Jane, the house manager, was excellent.

Wonderful house in French Riviera

We had a wonderful time at this house during our family trip to France ! It was just what we were looking for. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Nice but close enough to do wonderful day trips to most anywhere . We enjoyed how close we were to the wonderful town of St. Paul de Vence ! We would do day trips and then visit St. Paul de Vence for dinner almost nightly. Can’t go wrong with any of the restaurants around. Having a pool at the house was also great to have to cool off during the hot days of summer. We are so happy we found this place and highly recommend it for families !!!

La Colle August 2024

We were five adults and two 11 year olds and all enjoyed our stay in this well kept villa. The pool was very good and well maintained. Bedrooms were comfortable and all air conditioned, which was a considerable boon as overall temperatures were high during our two weeks (34-36 during most days). The 'dining terrace' on the upper level beside the kitchen is very convenient, though at certain times of the day it can be a little difficult to shade everyone at the suitably large table. Any problems were promptly dealt with by the property manager. Car parking is secure and very adequate in size. The local village is very pleasant and restaurants have developed quite a lot over the eight years or so that we have made visits to this area. Happy to recommend to anyone visiting this area between Vence and the coast.

Priceless view in beautiful surroundings

A deceptively large property with 4 excellent sized en-suite bedrooms. The main living accommodation is also spacious and well kitted with excellent facilities for when guests wish to cater for themselves which with superb views from the terrace and much room around the pool is a delight rather than a chore. There is easy access to the nearby village of La Colle sur Loup with about a 20 minute walk to the fantastic offerings of St Paul de Vence, however the more mature visitors may appreciate the easy parking and frequent bus services. There are a number of beautiful villages in the surrounding areas to spend a beautiful day in, along with a wide selection of local independent shops and restaurants to enjoy. There is sufficient parking for two cars within the electronic gates of the property. There are also a number of audio visual devices which luckily our resident youth was able to operate but perhaps an instruction manual may be helpful but honestly when we were at the property we spent more time looking out over the magnificent views than at any in house entertainment.

Villa im neuen Glanz

Wir waren bereits in diesem Ferienhaus, zuletzt 2015. Es wurde zwischenzeitlich einer Sanierung unterzogen und es wurden Umbauten vorgenommen, die alle dem Objekt sehr gut tun. Küche und Bäder sind neu und modern gestaltet. Uns hat das angesprochen. Toll am Haus ist seine Lage direkt gegenüber St. Paul de Vence. Der Blick auf diese Kulisse ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ein Highlight.

Perfect for family vacation

If you like the South of France I cannot image a better place to stay than this beautyful house. It is close to Nice, Monaco and Cannes and placed beautyful with view to the amazing town St. Paul de Vence. Besides the perfect location it offers everything you need as a familiy - big bedrooms with own badrooms, a big pool, a large living room and fully equiped kitchen. For me and my family like home away from home - a perfect house for our 10 days in France.

Des vacances couleur Azur!

Super séjour! Soleil, piscine, BBQ et hiking. La région est fertile en randonnées pédestres, et nous avons apprécié. La vue sur St-Paul de la villa est magnifique. Bref, on est bien reposé et on s’est amusé!
