Lovely house.

A lovely house in a great location with good amenities. Access to the sea, sun beds and good restaurants nearby. 20 min to walk to Corfu Town with lively shops and restaurant, museums and the two Fortresses. Highly recommend this house if visiting Corfu.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful comfortable property, very accurately depicted in the photos. The A/C worked well which was essential as the weather was quite hot during our stay. There is a swimming spot in the harbour, a few minutes walk away, down by the windmill. Panayiotis was very helpful with our queries. The old town is about 20 mins walk along the harbour.We ate in many lovely restaurants in the old town and found everyone we met so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay

Don't be put off by the number of reviews this place is exactly as the pictures show it's absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean If we could give it six stars we would. It's located 20 minutes walk into the old town and right next to a superb array of great restaurants. We had a minor issue and the building manager Aggeliki sorted it out quickly and in a super friendly way. This is an old property that has been extremely well converted to be essentially a two room house - upstairs and downstairs, it is perfect for couples. This was a great week in Corfu Town I highly recommend the property

So sehr wir uns über das Internet in die Immobilie verliebt haben, so sehr war die Realität umso schöner. Das Haus bietet alles. Der Ort ist fantastisch. Ruhig. Auch ein abendlicher Spaziergang entlang der Uferpromenade in die Altstadt hat seinen eigenen Reiz. Der Strand, der uns gefiel, war weit entfernt, aber mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Jarka & Chiara

Great spot!

Lovely house! Clean, great furnishings, workable kitchen and great art! There is an open staircase between the top and bottom floor which might make it difficult for two people to be on calls at the same time on different floors. Only issue was around booking the reservation… it took over twelve hours for the property manager to respond and I was looking to check in the next day. I hadn’t heard back so I booked something else and forgot to cancel the reservation. I didn’t even get to stay in the house… my fault I guess but I wish I had heard back earlier than a couple hours before the 4pm checkin. But I would book this space again when in town next.

House of Art Corfu is located opposite of the Church of Saints Jason and Sosipater, one of the most impressive and ancient churches in the city, in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Garitsa, near the Windmill and next to the archeological site of Paleopolis. The church was built in the 11th century on ruins of an ancient temple. The bay of Garitsa is suitable for all lovers of walks and sports as one can also use his bicycle. There are many options also when it comes to the coffee places, restaurants and traditional tavernas.

Newly renovated from top to bottom, House of Art Corfu is a loft style apartment that can accommodate comfortably two guests in one King size bed.
At the ground floor a spacious living room with a fireplace offers moments of relaxation. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs you can rest in the master bathroom at the King size bed with high quality linens.
Rejuvenate your body in the full bathroom with a classic bathtub and a modern shower with jet massage system. Get your morning coffee and enjoy the scents of jasmine of Corfu in the small veranda.
