Scruffy, dirty and very tired.

We did not spend one night in this flat. It was scruffy, tired, dirty, under equipped(no glasses, plates,)every drawer had a jumble of old bits and pieces, toys and bicycle on terrace with peeling walls and broken chair. Dreadful old towels. No mirror over dressing table plus huge dining table and chairs in bedroom. No instructions for air con, tv, rubbish etc. Overall not at all as photographed or described. This flat should be removed immediately from your listing
