Esta es una gran oportunidad para alquilar un ático moderno con 3 piscinas, abierto todo el año.

Disfruta de las vistas al mar desde este maravilloso apartamento de dos dormitorios y dos baños, a pocos pasos de la playa.

Primera linea de playa en Paseo Maritimo. Apartamento céntrico (ubicación AAA) y recientemente renovado en 80 m2. Cerca de todo, entretenimiento nocturno, restaurantes, a solo unos pasos de la playa, el edificio tiene acceso directo al paseo marítimo y a la playa, a solo 3-4 minutos del casco antiguo y del centro. Gran balcón en la ubicación sur y suroeste con vistas al mar Mediterráneo (como se ilustra).
Ideal para parejas románticas, familias, golfistas y grupos que buscan placer / relajación.
2 dormitorios con 2 baños completos en suite. Varios armarios con gran capacidad de almacenamiento. Aire acondicionado, ropa de cama y toallas limpias incluidas, cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, cocina, inducción, lavavajillas y lavadora.

3 piscinas abiertas todo el año con salvavidas. También una piscina para niños. El apartamento está ubicado en la mejor playa del centro de Marbella (playa Venus y Playa Fontanilla), con vista al mar desde el balcón.

Con el paseo marítimo en la puerta de su casa y el bulevar central en la parte de atrás, ¡realmente no hay necesidad de un automóvil!
Numerosas tiendas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados, gimnasios y escuelas de yoga están a la vuelta de la esquina.

El apartamento le ofrece todas las comodidades que espera para unas vacaciones fantásticas.
En la sala de estar tiene una sala de estar con una hermosa vista panorámica hacia la playa, el paseo marítimo, Puerto Banús y la costa africana. Tienes acceso a Internet, aire acondicionado y televisión gratuitos, aunque con las vistas probablemente ni siquiera mirarías la televisión.

También tiene una mesa de comedor redonda con 4 sillas que está justo al lado de la cocina totalmente equipada.

Marbella vacation

The location was perfect. The view was spectacular. We were able to walk the promenade or easily walk to the old town. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for three adults.

Amazing !

This apartment is absolutely amazing situated first line in the famous building Skol. We had everything we wished for pools ocean stunning views and all bars and restaurants outside the door. I highly recommend this place, the apartment is perfect for a big family and friends. Thanxxxx for this time we will definitely come back soon.

Great experience

The apartment was great, modern, clean, with great furnishings and features, and the location in Marbella could not have been more ideal for a beach vacation. Jessica, the property manager, was a delight to deal with. I would definitely love to repeat the experience.

WOW! Loved this place!

Thank you so much Jessica and Alina for an Amazing Holiday. We had the best time and really enjoyed the apartment. It was Clean and had a view we only could dream of. Also this central location was great, with walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. No need for a car. Thank you also for the cold water and cava upon arrival. We felt very Welcomed and will tell everyone about this beautiful apartment.

what a view!

Nice apartment. Had everything we needed. Wasn't too happy that we had to take the laundry (washed) from the balcony. Would like to have more information how to check in and get the keys before we arrived to Marbella. Perfect location, close to restaurants and on the beach.

I am sorry about the laundry, but since you wanted an early check in, the laundry was not totally dry, since it needed to be drying at the balcony a few more hours. Normally check in is at 15,00 and then the laundry has plenty of time to dry and the cleanng team are then able to take it inside the apartment before the next guests arrive. Welcome back any time! Great location and cosy accommodation

Firstly Jessica is very personable and responds very quickly to issues and questions. It was nice to meet her in person and discuss the few teething problems we had with the apartment. We think it’s very nice and in a great location - very modern! We would say if you have young children then the stairs will be an issue (no handrail/guard and very steep), also had a problem with drains, both in terms of the water not draining in the en-suite shower and the smell that unfortunately welcomed us. I think this was unfortunate timing due to the wind direction paired with the old plumbing in the flats when we arrived. The smell wasn’t a constant issue but did come and go. Jessica provided us with air freshener to try to help. The apartment is right next to some of our favourite restaurants and strip of beach in Marbella so we weren’t in the flat very much but it provided a great base and plenty of entertainment - for the adults (people watching from the balcony) and the kids (you tube on the tv!).

Sorry for my late response, but I can now finally let you know that the drain problem in the building is solved. No more bad smell;) And also the stair has been fixed and is today more safe and convenient for both families with children and for people with difficulties walking in stairs. All good for 2020! Horrendous check in and communication with owner

A few days prior to the reservation, the owner (Jessica) rang and tried to get us to cancel and rebook. We felt something was off and we refused. This left us feeling very worried about the booking and affected out enjoyment. The owner did not provide the full address so it took several hours to locate the property. Eventually, with the help of locals, we located the property. When we got there, the unfriendly receptionist said we didn’t have a reservation. He eventually threw a key at us. It was the wrong room. The owner did not answer her phone for several hours. Checking in was a nightmare for my elderly parents and we felt that the owner contacting us to cancel and rebook was unprofessional. The beds were very uncomfortable but the apartment was as the pictures describe.

To whom it might concern. I rented this property to a nice lady named Norah Longworth, her husband and 2 friends of them. I am sorry, but I dont know who you are and why you are making up this false review since you have neither booked this apartment or stayed in it. I didnt know it was possible to make false reviews. The Only Way is Marbs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

so we love Marbella have been coming for nearly 20 years and hadn’t been to our fav part Marbella City Centre for a few years and I stumbled across this property, communication was just a tiny bit slow to start but once this was done Jessica was an excellent host , she has a fantastic friend Janina who we used for taxi from airport and to airport, she was so friendly and talkative and just made us feel we were visiting a family friend, the apartment was in an old building but so full of history this didn’t bother us at all, although the decor is contemporary which we look for it was a wee bit small some spaces ie showers were small but powerful but the designer bath made up for this , we lost power every time we plugged in the iron which was wee bit frustrating and the stairs in the duplex were a health and safety issue but if you can get over all that then you’ll have a fantastic apartment very relaxing chilled and with views to die for. Every night we were on the balcony with a drink watching the most beautiful sunsets from a prime spot, we used the gardens to sunbathe with a bonus of 2 euros per bed but for a thick mattress which was so comfy. The staff were friendly and polite and always helpful all in all in one of our fav spots a beautiful contemporary compact and beautifully designed apartment with the loveliest views and a major need for us a great air conditioning system. Check out was 10am this was a nightmare for us due to lateness of our flight but Jessica went over and above and offered us the use of another apartment two blocks away where we were able to move to the day before we left, this allowed us another day where we were chilled relaxed and got to visit beautiful Orange Square again, Jessica was just amazing and her apartment possibly had even better views ( only letdown was no air con which was a nightmare for me at my age 😢) but from the personal service we received to being allowed to watch the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises to us having the most chilled week in our beautiful Marbella I can’t thank Jessica enough and Janina. I would love to see her other apartments too , you won’t get a better personal touch , Thankyou 😍

Pesima recepcion y nula limpieza

NO hicieron ningun tipo de desinfeccion a pesar de e4star en plena pandemia de Coronavirus a pesar de que previamente al preguntarles por ello, confirmaron que si la hacian.No solo no desinfectaron sino que el apartamento no estaba limpio en absoluto, ni la vajilla ni los suelos ni los wc, ni habitaciones.

Första gången i Marbella med hela familjen och vi har turen att hitta en fantastisk lägenhet med en otrolig värd (Jessica). Finns egentligen inget negativt att säga, lägenheten ligger perfekt precis intill strandpromenaden och stranden. Lägenheten är som beskriven i annonsen med ac i alla rum, fina rum och bra kök. Utsikten från balkongen är underbar! Poolen kan jag inte säga något om eftersom vi ej nyttjade den utan badade endast i havet, men den verkade bra och väl underhållen. Vår värd Jessica visade ett otroligt engagemang och kunde nås när man behövde det, kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende samt denna värd!

Déconseillé fortement ! Pub mensongère !

Ce n'est pas un site professionnel ! La situation vécue a été dramatique ! Deux enfants de 10 et 11 ans étaient avec nous. Jessica savait dès les premiers échanges que nous sommes 6 pour un appartement proposé chez SKOL. Dans un premier temps, nous avions demandé la période qui semblait disponible est du 7 août au 22 août, puis dans un deuxième temps ils ont modifié pour proposer le même hébergement du 30 juillet au 10 août. Nous avons accepté malgré tout et nous avons payé immédiatement et reçu confirmation de la réservation après prélèvement de la somme sur notre compte. Puis, nous avons reçu à notre grand étonnement une annulation alors que nous étions à plus de 1500 km de notre domicile sans savoir où nous irions. ce qui est inacceptable et nous entendons bien faire valoir nos droits suite à cette annulation de dernière minute de manière vexatoire sans aucune aide pour retrouver autre chose alors que nous risquions d’être à la rue. Aucun appel ni proposition ! Inadmissible

Wonderful

Our stay at this apartment was brilliant. The view was exceptional. Jessica and Alina were always reachable from the booking date until we left. The beds were really comfy and it was great to have two fully equipped bathrooms. The balcony has beach chairs for your use, and the sun loungers are a nice touch. Theres a four rope washing line and a lovely remote awning. The air con is 5*. The location is brilliant. We moved the dining table and coffee table back towards the wall and thier was ample space for our family and friends. Would not hesitate to come back Thank you Jessica

Lovely vacation in Marbella

Jessica offered the best imformation about the place in advance. The key was in the reception when we arrived and SKOL is very easy to find. The apartment is very lovely, with a beautiful view over the beach and the Mediterranean from Marbella til Puerto Banús. Well equiped with 2 refrigerators, dish washer and washing mashine. Only minor point of concern was that parking in the area is almost impossible. We found the nearby Parking El Calvario, less than 10 minutes walk away, charged € 5,50/day with plenty available parking spots.

Fantastisch appartement op superlocatie

Mooi modern ingericht appartement op de 9e verdieping met waanzinnig mooi uitzicht over de zee en het strand. Van alle gemakken voorzien, veel mooi servies (grote wijnglazen) en bestek. Boodschappen trolley aanwezig zodat je kunt lopen naar de supermarkt. Heel veel privacy, hoge muren om het goed ingerichte balkon, met twee heerlijke strandstoelen en een tafel met 4 eetstoelen. 2 prachtige badkamers met uitstekende waterdruk voor de regendouches . Heerlijke boxspring met uitzicht op zee. Uitstekend werkende wifi.

Beautiful Beach View

We stayed in Marbella for a week and used it as our home base while we explored nearby towns and tourist attractions. Jessica’s apartment, though not large, was well suited for two couples. The views from both bedrooms and the main floor are absolutely stunning. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by Jessica or her property manager Alina. The apartment building is located right on the beach where there is a boardwalk with many shops and restaurants. The Old Town is well worth exploring and is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Note, the staircase to the bedrooms is small and a difficult to maneuver so not recommended for people with mobility issues. Also, parking is very expensive so be sure to research the cost and add it to your expenses. Jessica offered a cheaper place to park but it was just a key that provided access to an apartment parking lot that rarely had available spots. There is public overnight parking right beside the apartment, but again very expensive. All in all, the apartment was very clean with a fairly well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and outstanding views in a perfect location!! I highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit Marbella.

But during the summer months, this apartment, always comes with a garage (that belong to the building) right next door. Which will be much more convenient for future guests. Perfect Location

Lovely apartment with excellent air conditioning, balcony and views. The only negative and it is a very big one is the highly dangerous stairs.

Excellent break

Easy to book property in a super location with everything you possibly need on the doorstep. Newly refurbished apartment with modern touch. Stairs within apartment not suitable for anyone who may have slight mobility issues! Will certainly be back!

The popular Skol Complex, is front line beach and right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars and shops.

This duplex apartment enjoys evening sun and your stay is guaranteed to be as pleasant as possible.
