I enjoyed it

I had a very good time. I fully agree with the review of 'Cheryl A., Edmonton' and dont want to repeate it all. Despoina is a wonderfull Host. She was always available and very quick acting if there was any Problem.

Beautiful property, great location

Pros Great location - beach 10 minutes walking, several grocery stores including bakeries and butcher 2-3 minutes away walking. Close to all restaurants and the promenade Despoina is a fabulous host and responds quickly if there is a concern Large apartment with comfortable beds and sofa Very large veranda for sunrise/sunset viewing Washing machine with clothesline on 1 side and drying rack on the other A/C and heater in every room Screens on all windows and door with a great cross breeze so A/C doesn’t need to be on as much Hot water was plentiful Absolute best wifi we have found in Crete Cons: Washing machine awkward to access Toilet space cramped beside washer Traffic noise makes it difficult to sit on veranda as it’s located on the main road into Sitia but does get quiet about 11 PM We are used to grilling in our rentals but a grill was not allowed at this rental Light water pressure I would like to give this property 5 stars but the noise outside stops me from that

Perfect Location

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as described and as the pictures showed, it was better in real life. Very spacious lounge area with comfy seating. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and a large Fridge/freezer. Super bathroom with a washing machine, and all the powder/conditioner needed to enable us to wash most of our clothes before we left. The views from the massive balconies was stunning. Being riggt in the town centre you can walk to loads of cafes & tavernas very easily. Right opposite is a bakery/cake shop that sells the most amazing ice cream. Our host, Despoinia was super efficient, explained everything we needed to know and was very ea sy to gef hold of w hen we had a question. Overall a very nice place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay again and we are very happy to recommend this apartment.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Sitia, und waren mit dieser unterkunft höchst zufrieden. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, und Terrasse ist rießig mit meerblick. Die eigentümerin hat sich um unser wohlbefinden sehr bemüht, und auch eine jause hinterlassen. Es git viele einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und der Strand ist in paar minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est très bien placé pour profiter de la ville. Nous pouvons aller à pied sur le port et dans le centre ville. Il y a également plein de petits commerces au pied de l'appartement très pratiques et deux super marchés accessibles également à pied.La ville est dynamique et c'est vrai que sur la terrasse on entend du bruit mais on s'habitue, c'est vivant.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

The flat is located in a well-serviced neighbourhood:

- 5 minutes walking distance to the beach
- 2 minutes walking distance to city centre where you can find the all shops, cafes/bars, restaurants and local taverns etc
- 2 minutes walking distance to 2 big super markets
- 1 minutes walking distance to the free public parking area

Very Easy to access. Free public parking just few metres away from the flat.
Our guests have access to all facilities inside and outside the house and there are NO shared areas.

- The property is 6 km away from Sitia's airport and 124 km from Heraklion's airport.
- Hiring a car is not necessary but recommended if you would like to explore the East part of Crete. Free public parking in the area.
- A bus stop can be found just few metres away from the flat, with regular bus service to/from Heraklion, Ierapetra and Sitia run during the day.
