Villa Crisandra is a magnificent house located in a tranquil area of Albufeira, a short distance from all amenities and the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve.



This spacious property accommodates 10+5 people, with 4 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk bed sets (with private bathroom), one with 2 single beds (with private bathroom), and two with 2 single beds each. It also has an additional bathroom with a shower.



The spacious living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, perfect for moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals. The villa also offers air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, and international satellite channels.



Outside, you will find a large heatable pool (optional extra), sun loungers, and three tables with chairs, ideal for leisure moments. A portable barbecue complements the space, perfect for outdoor meals.



Parking is available at the property's entrance.



Albufeira's center is just a 15-minute walk away, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks. The Oura Street (Oura Strip), with its vibrant nightlife, and Albufeira's Historic Center are also must-visit locations.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices up to 10 people.

From the 11th to the 15th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €203 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
