Beautiful villa, amazing outdoor space with pool .Great for a family gathering .We had amazing weather so spent most of time outdoors so large patio with large dining table, plenty of loungers and chairs very useful.Plus the fantastic beach really is only an easy 5 minute walk away !!

Lovely stay at Algarve villa

Wonderful property, well-kept, amazing garden and owners were very helpful and prompt with queries and assistance. Five minutes’ walk from a great beach and a short drive to local restaurants and shops. We loved it!

A wonderful villa for the whole family

A great villa which was very well equipped. There was adequate space for our family of 12 and we especially loved the outdoor area. The villa was a short walk to a bakery, supermarket and the beach. Ubers were easy to book to travel around. The owners were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had . I would throughly recommend this Villa.

Amazing house and hostess

Amazing family holiday house for all ages. Great outside area. House was fully furnished with all you need. Great beach 5 min walk away from property. Very safe and quiet area. We asked our host to decorate for a 7 year old birthday when we arrive and they did an amazing job! We will definitely be back!

Family Holiday

We all had a great time. Garden and pool great for the children, beach excellent. Small supermarket and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen not really big enough and main appliances could do with being upgraded. Zoo Marine not far, and was a big hit with the children.

Perfect family getaway

This was the first family holiday in years and we had a lovely time. The villa was lovely and was as advertised online. The garden area was spacious and a perfect space for dining in the evening with a nice living room to socialise in. The owners were the perfect hosts and were always on hand leading up to and during the holiday for any questions. The villa was a very short walk to the beach and around a 20 minute walk to a square with different restaurants. Overall we loved our stay and the villa was the perfect location for a family getogether!

Highly recommended

We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with.

Ana and Antonio were responsive and kind hosts, always quick to address any issues that came up. The backyard was much larger than expected, providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat.Some reviews mentioned the rooms were small, but we didn’t feel that way at all—we weren’t on vacation to stay indoors, after all. The walk to the beach was simple and scenic, just 5–10 minutes, and the coastline was absolutely breathtaking.There were a few drawbacks worth noting. The bathrooms had a persistent odor during our stay. Ana and Antonio did their best to resolve it with air fresheners and drain covers, but unfortunately, the smell lingered. When using both showers at the same time, the water pressure and temperature would shift between bathrooms. While we were told of the problem when we arrived with 10 people and for the price we paid, this should not have been an issue. Additionally, the nearby hotel is now out of business, and most of the restaurants within walking distance were closed, which made dining options more limited than expected.That said, this is a lovely spot with gorgeous beaches nearby. With just a few updates, it could easily go from great to amazing.

Nice house close to great beach

This is a nice house close to an excellent beach and within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. Best bits: excellent wide beach with nice beach cafe/bar just a few minutes walk from the house; supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away; nice enclosed garden; good location for day trips; internet worked well and ping-pong table was popular. Other comments: it took ages for the water to heat up in the downstairs bathrooms; the kitchen is small for a house with this number of bedrooms; and the pool is lovely but quite small (also, at its deepest, an adult can still stand up). Overall, this is a nice house and we were pleased with it. Ana and Antonio were hospitable and responsive.

Lovely family holiday, spacious villa with pool and close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa, travelling with family there was plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 small children. The villa was well equipped and beach towels were also available. The beach was about 10 minutes walk away and there were a few restaurants within a few minutes walk and more in the main town square about 20 minutes walk away. The hosts were responsive and easy to contact if needed. Great garden with lots of space and activities and secure so really good for children and private too. There were lots of books and games. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Comfortable beds and we would stay in the villa again and happy to recommend it.

Great home, close to beach and Albufeira.

10 of us (7 adults, 3 kids) stayed at this home for 10 days. It’s a great house with a lovely garden and pool. Falésia beach is a 5 minute walk, maybe less. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. There is a nice cafe / snack shack right on the beach too. The house is a great size and there was enough space for all 10 of us. The bedrooms are nice and there are 5 bathrooms, enough for everyone. Ana and Anotinio are great hosts. There helped organize transport to their home, offered up lots of recommendations for activities and restaurants. They are very responsive and answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for somewhere to truly relax, this is the place.

Lovely stay in the Algarve

This is a lovely well equipped villa , catering for a large family. We were 3 generations with children aged from 6-13. The garden was lovely and had lots of natural shade. We played table tennis,darts and boules The beach was a short walk away with a little snack bar and sun beds. The children spent a lot of time surf boarding, making sand castles and playing games. An excellent Italian restaurant is 200 yds away and a bakery opposite! We can recommend the visit to Bengali caves and dolphins at Albufeira. We were in a speed boat and managed to see lots of dolphins. Can also recommend the Zoomarine park. Thanks to Ana for making our stay so comfortable and such a memorable week.

Fantastic house

The house of Ana is fantastic. Many rooms and bathrooms, all decorated nicely. The kitchen is well equipped. We mostly loved the garden. The long table, perfect for group diners. The neighborhood is very quiet and lots of houses are empty and looks deserted when you walk to the beach. But we took a taxi every day to nice beaches, places and beachclubs etc. Everything is within 20 minutes The beach near the house is beautiful though, we went there for morning walks. There is one restaurant nearby which is very good, restaurant Capri. The communication with Ana and her husband was perfect, very kind people. We all recommend this house for a group.

A Lovely Family Get Away

The Villa is lovely and well maintained with beautiful jasmine scented grounds. It was well equipped with everything our family needed. Lots of books about the Algarve and places to explore. Our hosts were always easy to contact and happy to answer any questions. They even helped us arrange for a chef to cook and serve a celebration meal in house which was one of the highlights of the stay. he set up and cleaned up, too. :) Our family made use of the pool most days despite the chilly weather. We even BBQ'd.The bedrooms in the villa were perfectly arranged for our family of 9. There were plenty of towels and kitchen linens, dishes, cutlery, and cookware - even a small stepping stool that helped our 3 yr old reach the sinks and me reach inside the kitchen cabinets.Grocery stores, coffee shops and small restaurants were literally around the corner. More options were a short drive away or a 40-minute walk along the cliffs and beach - 30 minutes along the roads. The cliffs were amazing; a great place to watch breathtaking sunsets.Our only disappointment was the location. The villa was on the edge of a deserted resort that looked quite sad. Security guards watched over the grounds to ensure there were no unwelcomed guests. The path and ramp to the beach were just beyond the resort. Beach access was more than a 5 minute walk away - too far for the little one to walk but we were able to park nearby.

Fantastic

The villa is perfect for large groups of friends or family. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, each room has it's own bathroom. Set in a pretty garden, there is plenty of outdoor seating/sun loungers, the pool was fantastic, everything was very clean and well kept. We were a family group of mixed ages from 19-50 yrs, we caught taxis into either Albufeira or Vilamoura in the evenings. The villa is in between both towns, about 15 mins drive away approx €16 in a taxi. There are some bars/restaurants a short walk away if you want to stay local and the beautiful beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. It really is in the perfect location, in a quiet edge of a spa hotel complex with everything you need to hand. Contact with the hosts Ana and Antonio was a pleasure, very friendly and efficient. They accommodated us on a flexible check in/out where possible and provided us with lots of information on the surrounding areas. We did not have any issues at all during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

If we could give more 10 stars we would

You’ll notice so many of the reviews mention that the property is even nicer in reality than on the photos…and that is saying something because the photos are idyllic. Well the reviews are totally accurate. The house is huge! We did indulge though as we rented the entire house for ourselves (me my wife and our two cats) and there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! And we don’t regret it at all. The house, and most importantly the kitchen had everything! And I mean everything…two times over. The house is advertise, I think, to cater for 12 or 14 people or something like that. But there is enough cutlery and crockery for a wedding. Plenty of towels and what we didn’t even expect was that the house is also cleaned once a week, which is really handy. We stayed in November so it was just a bit too cold for me to swim in the pool, but I can tell you it was crystal clear and clean. The garden is as vast as it is gorgeous and well manicured. Which brings me on to SERVICE. Rui, the property’s technician was superb. He knows everything about the property as he has been maintaining it for over 10 years. He can fix anything. And he did! Several times. But really I must tell you about the owners. Ana and Antonio. Just brilliant. So incredibly responsive, and saved us twice too! We loved the location. Secluded enough away from the main tourist areas yet close enough to shops and a sports hotel. Absolutely loved staying there and would stay again. Highly recommend!

Estupendo respiro en Familia

Estuvimos 5 días en el puente de Diciembre. 8 adultos y 4 niños de distintas edades . Para empezar , la recepción por parte de los propietarios fue inmejorable. Todo en orden para pasar una estancia genial . No falta detalle . La casa es preciosa y muy amplia . Muy cerca de la playa , apenas 5 minutos caminando . Aparcamiento en la misma puerta del chalet . Repetiremos
