After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee.
