Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you had a negative experience. I do feel that your view of the property is unfair and would like to address your points below Unfortunately you decided not to stay at the apartment after checkin and then only advised us of the issues after you had departed and then asked for a refund. The cigarette ends at the front door must have been left by other guests or passers by and as our cleaner doesn’t attend every day, this will have been missed so we can only apologise. However if you’d let us know about this, we could have sent someone round to clear them up. The stair carpet was loose and has now been fixed. However, as a safety precaution, you should have been notified about this prior to arrival so again we apologise about this. I’m not aware about the building and windows needing attention. There may be a couple of windows that need refurbishing as in any old of Leamington’s regency listed buildings, but nothing that would have stopped you enjoying your stay. The apartments themselves are of the highest standard and most of our guests love them. We are only 10 minutes walk to The Parade, so again most guests think it is a great location. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, not 6! It actually states on the description that this is a third floor apartment. You did not request an apartment on a lower floor. If any potential guests are reading this, I would urge them to get in touch with us regarding any concerns they have. We have many other reviews for this apartment and others in the building that are complimentary, so we would love to reassure you that everything will be done to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
