Bright and comfortable apartment with a view of Gerardmer and its slopes

nice contemporary style apartment with two bedrooms with a double bed each (sheets provided) plus the possibility of an additional single bed, as well as a cot.
The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, and of course all the kitchen equipment (raclette, coffee maker, kettle, stone grill and grill ...)
the bathroom includes a shower and a spa bath as well as a washing machine (towels are provided.
The dining room which opens onto a balcony, includes a table with 8 chairs and a large dresser.
The living room is equipped with a TNT television as well as a home cinema., It includes a large sofa as well as a convertible.
It should be noted that this apartment is equipped with WIFI.
The heating is electric and a wood stove is available for long winter evenings (Electricity charges extra)
For the beautiful summer days there is the possibility of eating in the garden adjoining the house, and thus enjoying the pure mountain air and the mild summer.
The car park is private and therefore secure.
The apartment is in a quiet area, it will only take you five minutes to get to the city center or the lake.

Nice apartment with beautiful view

The apartment was cozy and there was everything you might need. The view was great. It is a little walk to the city, down hill. To come back is heavy.

Nous avons passé un excellent court séjour chez Dominique. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, dans un appartement calme d un propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé.Proche de toutes les commodités, à quelques pas du lac, nous avons également particulièrement apprecié la vue splendide que nous avions de la terrasse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez eux.

Alles bestens. Sehr netter und sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter direkt vor Ort im Haus. Man konnte sich immer bei ihm melden und Probleme konnten ganz schnell aus der Welt geschafft werden. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder vorbei.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Sa situation en hauteur offre une superbe vue dont nous avons pleinement profité. L'endroit est très calme. L'accueil du propriétaire a été particulièrement chaleureux et nous le remercions d'avoir accepté nos chiens. Grâce à ce séjour, nous avons pu découvrir une région riche en sites remarquables. Wir, mein Sohn und ich, haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hat alles gepasst. Betten waren o.k. Lobend möchte ich die kleinen Dinge erwähnen, z.B. dass überall Seifenspender vorhanden waren, Handtücher waren auch in ausreichender Menge da usw.Kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass man noch eine Kaution hinterlegen musste, obwohl man über FeWo und per Kreditkarte gebucht hatte.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Nette Wohnung mit Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung zu dritt (2Erw., 1Teenie) wohlgefühlt. Mit vier großen Menschen wäre es eng geworden, da es eine charmante Dachwohnung mit vielen Schrägen ist und Küche und Betten eher klein sind. Als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge war die Lage bestens und der Blick über den Ort und zum See nett. Auch Mr Houel ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.
