Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining hall, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a varirty of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

The flat is very well located, close to a supermarket, airport and bus stop to go to Edimburgh city, which is a lovely 15’ ride.Magdalene was a great host, apartment is cozy, kitchen fully-equiped and comfortable.We totally recomment it!

A great experience!

We had an amazing stay and time in Edinburgh! This flat was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the flat was clean, and well appointed. Magdalena was great to communicate with. The flat is close to bus stops so it was easy to get to anywhere in the city quickly. Nearby were stores to pick up groceries and other supplies. Thanks for a great visit.

Very nice stay

Came to Edinburgh with friends and the host, Magdalene, was very nice and accommodating. The apartment is clean, spacious, and close to everything. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic stay for Fringe

Great stay. Clean, comfortable & well equipped apartment. Close to bus stop for 15-20 minute journey to centre of Edinburgh. Free parking. Great and prompt communication from host. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely clean, comfortable flat right on main bus route

Beautiful wee flat with fab views to Arthur's Seat. Very central for walking in all directions, but only a 20 min bus ride into City. Very handy to have retail park just round the corner. Flat had everything you could possibly need.

Clean apartment for 2 or 3 adults

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our short stay. Close to a food market, bus line and the hiking paths. We loved it. It was a lovely hour walk in to the city along Queensferry Road. Bus schedule was a bit of a mystery but it all worked great. Magdalaine is easy to communicate with.

We were thrilled with our accommodation. The flat was spotlessly clean with everything we could have asked for and more. The location was ideal for us as we enjoy a walk and it only took us 40 minutes to Murrayfield. Magdelane was happy to answer all of our questions swiftly. Perfect

The flat is modern, clean and spacious. It suited our needs for a visit to Edinburgh perfectly. It's right on a well serviced bus route with a small shop at a garage within 2 minutes market & a large Sainsbury's a little further away. Magdelene responded to every message really quickly & even left us a small personal gift & card for our arrival. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the flat to anyone and I could happily see ourselves returning in the not too distant future.
