Secluded and quiet

The apartment is in a secluded complex outside the hustle and bustle of Albufeira. It was well equipped and communication with management was very good. A good place for a family holiday.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a little trouble finding the condo but after we got there, we didn't want to leave. We just loved the place. Having a bathroom in each of the upstairs bedrooms (as well as one down stairs) was so convenient! Loved it so much we have already planned a trip back this year!

Great property

Spacious, clean and well equipped home for our short stay. Quiet secure location with parking in garage or outside residence. 8 min drive to Albufeira by car, or a good walk. Great place for kids with back patio garden area and swimming pool.

Portugal long stay

Our stay was absolutely fabulous, the only reason I gave check a 3 star is because when we got there we couldn’t find the key and someone who could speak Portuguese called and was able to help us out, the location is perfect and have having a security gate was an added benefit. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. The o ly small issue we had was the hot water supply was not sufficient enough for 2 people showering at the same time.Thank you so much for the amazing visit to Portugal

Albufeira e Olhos de Água

Great place, beautiful view of the area and the gulf. Condo was very clean, secured and quiet. Sergio, the property Manager was very helpful when needed. One can walk from the place to centro of Albufeira, but having car is strongly recommended. Will return in the future.

Better than expected

The Condo was better than expected. Beautiful place, perfect location. Very safe, Sergio was very helpful to check us in within minutes. We had a little difficulty to locate the apartment .I hope that I will come back for a longer stay in the future.

Property in a beautiful gated condominium in lovely well kept gardens. Everything you could possibly want in the house to make this a fantastic holiday. The communication beforehand was brilliant with Sergio responding to emails very quickly. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Nice townhouse, 4 stars

The townhouse we rented was beautiful, clean, and spacious with 4 people. Very nicely decorated and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to make your own meals as far as appliances, pots, pans, dishes. There were a few household items that were not in the house (dish soap, dish cloth, cleaning supplies, toilet paper). The grounds were very well maintained. There was lots of seating on the patio and four sun loungers that you could take to the pool. Beautiful view from the patio. We were there in April for 12 days and the apartment was cold (would stay nice and cool in the summer months). We eventually got two space heaters from property management that made all the difference. If you needed anything, property managers were an email away and were quick to respond. Also, it’s helpful to know that the location is a little bit removed from Albuferia, which makes it peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to a bus stop or a small convenience store. The bus comes every 30 minutes. A cab to downtown (or back) was between 5-10 Euros.

Imaginatively furnished and pleasant to be in, this property only let itself down on two counts; firstly there was no 'idiot's guide' and as a result I could not use the fan oven and secondly the beds came from prehistoric times. The pool, common to all users, could also make use of some handrails.
