Fantastisch gelegen appartement met prachtig uitzicht over strand en stad. Alles was aanwezig en schoon. Heerlijke bedden. Carlos en echtgenote waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De oude stad is op loopafstand en erg druk met name in de avond maar totaal geen last van lawaai e.d. Wij hadden het hele verblijf een huurauto om de omgeving te verkennen. Het is wel lastig parkeren maar altijd wel een plekje in de buurt. Aanrader is restaurant O Penedo. ligt op 25 meter in dezelfde straat en heeft een uitgebreide menukaart met heerlijk eten.

this apartment is in a fantastic location !!!! we literally walked down some stairs and were at the lift which takes you directly on to the beach.The apartment itself is lovely and is absolutely spotless - I particularly liked the art on the walls !!Carlos and Landa were great hosts and took the time to explain all about the apartment and the area.There are restaurants and bars so close by they were on your doorstep.If you are a cat lover like I am you must visit cat alley where you can feed a local colony of cats - they are adorable!!!The balcony is a fantastic place to enjoy the sun but also to people watch while you are having a drink.Finally just to say thank you for the welcome pack - we arrived late at night and the welcome pack was a godsend - a very nice touchIf we return to this area of Portugal we wouldnt think of staying anywhere else. Thank you Carlos and Landa x

Very nice but needs a bit of uplifting

The apartment is very well located, just by the beach in the quieter part of town, spacious and clean. We were family of four and everyone had enough space for themselves if needed. Two bathroom for each room and extra WC just with toilet outside of the bedrooms. The hosts were very friendly and super nice and welcoming. In the middle of our stay (which was one week) we got fresh towels. The only downside we found, it needed a bit of upgrade i.e in terms of appliances feks. there was only one frying pan and the bottle opener was broken, and I would have liked to have more of other small appliances i.e cutting knifes when cooking which we did a lot. The showers need a bit of maintenance (old and weary) and the toiletseat in the WC outside of the bedroom was broken. Just few tweaks here and there would make this apartment so much better. But overall very nice stay.

Apartment was lovely and clean. Location was perfect for visiting the area and many of the restaurants. Carlos and Linda are great hosts and went over all the details of the apartment. We had a great time and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful

We all loved the apartment it was spotless clean and has everything you need to make a holiday perfect, my only negative is the steps up to it, we had at least 20 plus to get up and down, and anyone with mobility issues I would not recommend it at all, the owner did mention the steps but was not honest about the amount, so the fact I have a knee problem I felt bound to the apartment more than I should have, also we had a neighbour above us that continued with home improvements for the whole fortnight did not help, I know this was not the owners fault but it did not help with my situation being stuck inside most days, also the owner turned up 4 times unannounced with a excuse to visit, we were not impressed as we felt she was making sure the apartment was looked after by us, I felt their was no need for her to do this, she made us feel uncomfortable, but their is no doubt the apartment is beautiful and I can understand they want it looked after, the view is the best I have ever seen, it was perfect sat on the balcony looking over the sea I was so glad of it, we won’t be returning because of the above reasons, but don’t be put off by my say, you won’t regret a stay here if you are abled bodied and can get out most of the time, the owners are lovely and brought our granddaughter a Easter egg and candles and torch during a power cut, the washer and dryer is a godsend and the beds were very comfortable, like I say the apartment has every comfort needed.

Perfect location

The view was amazing. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying it.Apartment was super clean and well equipped.Having 3 bathrooms was great.Location was great. Right on the beach.Very close to Old Town and the marina.The only drawback for some people might be the stairs but it was fine for us.

Excellent location

We loved meeting our hosts Carlos and Landa. . They were very warm and welcoming and provided us with essentials for the breakfast and lunch the first day. The apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed, including a beautiful view of the ocean. We would definitely return here.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT WITH A STUNNING VIEW!!

This is a wonderful apartment - one of our all-time favourites! The view is absolutely stunning! The apartment is finished to a high standard. It is very comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is convenient to everything in the old town, including dozens of excellent restaurants. Carlos met us promptly at our check in time. He explained all the features of the apartment very well. He was very helpful and charming. He mentioned that Seville would make a nice side trip - so we followed his advice and thoroughly enjoyed it!We rate this apartment a ‘10’ in every respect! We hope to return.

Oh, the View

Had a great stay at this property. Carlos and Landa are wonderful hosts, and they keep the property in great shape. The property has just the right size for 2-4 people. This is a great location within a short walk to Old Town Albufeira. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are a short walk away.

Wonderful Apartment in Albufeira

Can’t say enough about this awesome apartment. The owners are very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is perfect with the best view and easy walk to the beach, shops, cafes. You can hear the sound of the waves as soon as you open the terrace doors. Next time we come to Albufeira we’ll definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment and view and position

For view and position its got to be hard to beat this apartment. Its situated just off the main streets and above the beach, right by the lift at the beach end. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with en suites and a separate loo, Theres also a kitchen diner and a balcony to use. Oh and approachable hosts as weel who will meet you and help if you need anythings. Highly recommended

Stunning views & excellent location

Fantastic location as very close to amenities but still away from the busyness of the town. Stunning views,great lift just outside for the beach.Hosts had good communication and apartment was clean. Nice little hamper too! Bedrooms are rather large with comfortable beds. Fantastic air conditioning. Had a great holiday, would definitely recommend

Stunning View

The view from this apartment takes your breath away when you first walk in. The apartment is in a great location for the beach and the old town, it has everything you need, the beds are really comfortable, and the apartment makes you feel at home. The owners are a lovely couple who are really helpful. We could not have picked a better apartment and we can’t wait to come back.

Traumhaftes Apartment

Es ist ein super Apartment, nicht nur die perfekte Lage und der herrliche Blick auf den Atlantik. Das ganze Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht komplett ausgestattet, die Matratzen sind super und und und, es ist einfach perfekt. Auch ist ein kleiner Getränkeladen gleich rechts um die Ecke (50m) das man nicht lange schleppen muss. Wir können nur jedem gratulieren der dieses super schöne Apartment bucht.
