The house was clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. Answered all question and was available when needed. She checked in will us half way though our stay to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this house. The location is good not far from the Vegas strip, shopping, and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Renata is a great host!

Rented this property for the pool! It was lovely! Relaxing backyard with pool & jacuzzi. Nice walking trail directly behind the home. Renata was immediately responsive to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay!

Great family getaway

This house was perfect for our stay while visiting family in Henderson. There was plenty of room, stocked kitchen with every utensil needed and great location. Only miss was that there was a vacuum attached inside the pool that you weren't allowed to remove. The pool isn't very big and we felt like we were dodging the vacuum and hose constantly and my youngest child was a little scared of it. Other than that, it was great.

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect, we especially loved the pool! The property and home were all very well maintained and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely like to return!

GLORIOUS HOME!!

The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Renata went out of her way to make sure that one everything we needed was there. The house is conveniently located to a hiking trail right behind the property and so close to the airport. Such an easy commute and catching our four flights went off without a hitch. If I ever return to Las Vegas I will definitely stay there again I'd give it six stars if I could!

Beautiful home away from home.

Stayed 5 days and 4 nights with 5 adults and 1 teen. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms made this ideal for a longer trip. Beautiful outdoor area with heated pool and spa. Lots of room to spread out inside as well. It's close to the airport, strip and shopping but located in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent

We had a group of 5 that were doing outings on the Vegas strip it was so nice to have a place to relax away from the Vegas hubub. We had coffee poolside swam and relaxed then headed in for the Vegas night life. The host was attentive and everything was as expected. I would 100% stay there again. It is a little expensive to Uber to the strip but well worth it regardless.

Great Week in Henderson

This was a great spot for our family.... the trail along the wash was used by everyone! Tennis/pickleball courts very nearby. The house was comfortable for all and the kitchen was well-supplied. 15 minutes from the airport and plenty of restaurants and strip malls nearby. A short distance to the Strip and we made several trips to the Sphere, OmegaMart/MeowWolf and shows. Host was accommodating and helpful. Hot tub was great.. but turning it on was confusing. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great house but not great host

I rented this house with a group of friends. It was also our first time going to Vegas. The house itself was great, but I did have some serious issues with the host. The pool was amazing—so comfortable and relaxing, we spent most of our time there. However, the experience was tarnished by some unpleasant issues. First, the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. But the real trouble came when the host accused us of smoking in the house, which we absolutely did not do. To make matters worse, the host also claimed we damaged a table, which was also false. Despite us not being responsible for either of these issues, the host tried to charge us 500 for damages. I strongly advise against booking with this host unless you want to risk being wrongfully charged for damages you didn’t cause.

Home away from home

Host was amazing with communication and ensuring our stay was everything we wanted it to to. Property is clean, well-kept, and just far enough from the strip to enjoy some peace and quiet, but not so far that its an entire mission to load the family up for tourist activities. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and spices, etc. Pool was clean and well-kept - and even had pool noodles, toys, and other goodies for use. I cannot say enougj good things about this house, host, and our time here. It definitely made traveling with 3 kids to a vegas for a wedding less stressful. Renata was nothing less than amazing with ensuring our needs were met and addressing any concerns or issues we had - even those of our own stupidity. I.e., we couldnt figure out how to lock a door. We will definitely be booking again for future trips to vegas due to the location, amenities offered at this property, and the wonderful host and their kindness.

Likes to scam people

BEWARE!! If you have less than 8 overnight guests be prepared to pay for eight. We booked for 2 guests, paid the $40 for the second person. We were charged for 6 additional overnight guests for an additional $240. We DID NOT have any overnight guests. The owner said the maids said it looked like beds were used, but there were no sheets, blankets or pillows on the 3 other beds. We also paid $80 to have the pool heated to be taken out of the deposit. The water was cold the whole visit. The grandkids said the water was cold. So was it really heated? Then the hot tub broke. The pool guy came and fixed it and said everything was working fine. She says that it must have been our fault and she would charge us $600. We asked for a receipt to document the problem. We never received a receipt. Remember, when the pool guy left he said everything was working fine. And then there is a safety issue. There were no lights in the garage. All 6 fluorescent bulbs and 2 for the garage opener were all burned out. Some of the stone edging around the pool were loose. The granddaughter slipped hitting her head and scrapping her back. The ice maker for the fridge did not work, the water filter needed to be replaced. The BBQ did not have any utensils. So, finally, she is keeping our $500 deposit, $240 for guests that we did not have, $80 to heat the pool that did not heat. That equals $320. There is not any documentation to explain why the owner kept the other $180.

We were in Las Vegas for the Jiu-Jitsu Convention as our daughter was competing, and rented Renata's beautiful house for 5 days. We loved the pool and hot tub, and used it every morning and evening (paid for heating as we like a warm pool and the price was reasonable). The view of the backyard from the master bedroom is spectacular and a pleasure to wake up to. We cooked breakfast every morning and a couple of dinners as well, and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. It is functional, and I love the gas stove. The table in the middle of the kitchen with stools is an added bonus, as everyone can stay in the same room and visit. My daughter said her room and bathroom upstairs were awesome. We have never stayed in Henderson before, but this neighbourhood is clean, safe and quiet, and the views of the mountains are amazing. Wifi worked great, A/C was great, check-in/out was simple and communication with Renata was a pleasure. We will definitely stay again at Renanta's house.

Great place to relax and enjoy the town

We loved being able to lounge all day and engage with the madness of the strip on our own terms. The house was well kept and Renata was very responsive and helpful!! There is lots of room to relax and the backyard is beautifully adorned with lots of interesting plants and trees. We'd absolutely consider rebooking.

Amazing!

This property is wonderful!! Very clean! Check in was a breeze because of great instructions from the host. In a quiet neighborhood yet close to the strip ( about 25 by rideshare). We used the pool every day and the kids had a great time. The fire pit helped to warm the cool desert evenings. Plenty of room to spread out when we were overstimulated by the strip. The host was so pleasant to work with and answered questions promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed this getaway week. The property exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend!!!

Just what we needed

In Vegas for International Builders Show. Wanted a place away from the Strip in a quiet neighborhood so we could relax. Got exactly what we needed. Clean home. Good amenities. Well kept. Made the trip more enjoyable.
