Fabulous

Our stay was wonderful. Accommodations were great and we enjoyed having cocktails and a crib game on the balcony every evening before we went down for dinner. The pool areas were beautifully landscaped and the pools were crystal clean. The beach was also nice to park yourself on for the day. The restaurants were all fabulous. Loved that Starbucks was onsite for our morning coffee. Great bonus! Definitely would book again

Great unit and property, shuttle to and from was terrible

The resort and location are great. It is a fantastic property exactly as advertised. Unless you are going to be away for most meals you should do all inclusive, Resterarunts are expensive but very good. Beach is not the greatest, narrow and lots of seaweed washes ashore but they work hard to mitigate. Staff is excellent! Service excellent! The shuttle to and from airport purchased from the hotel was terrible. Only complaint. From the airport the service was advertised as private for just us 2 but they made us wait a long time until the gathered 7 other people to fill a 9 passenger van and then we FINALLY were taken to the Hotel crammed in a small van. On the way back to the airport it was just us 2 but the driver asked "What Airline" we told him "United" but then just he dumped us off somewhere without a word. We went in, could not find United terminal. Finally found someone who understood us and they told us we were in the wrong end of the airport and directed us to go stand at the same location he dropped us off and fins another shuttle to take is to another part of the Airport 10 minutes away to finally find the United Check-in. My advise to the Resort, spend a few dollars on your shuttle service, your resort is 5 star, your contracted out or "who-ever is handy for hire" shuttle service sucks!

This place was amazing!! A little taste of heaven on Earth! Gorgeous setting and very clean!

I came here desperately in need of a peaceful and relaxing getaway in a warm and tropical location! This nailed it! Walking thru the warm waves on the beach every day in a place that wasn't noisy and felt very safe, with perfect weather in the low 80's, was so good for my mind and soul! It is absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pics, and Scott and Amy were top notch and superb with lining up everything at the VRBO and making sure we had the best time!! You will not be disappointed to come here!! Also, the spa on site is one of the best I've ever experienced!! Thanks for the best tropical escape!!
