Hi I am Andie and I have been hosting for 11 years. I have lived in Marbella for over 20 years and love telling my guests about all the best places to go. I visit all the restaurants and new and popular locations to try them out myself before recommending. I love the atmosphere here in Marbella as it is so international, beautiful and unique especially for walkers or runners who will love the Paseo Maritimo along the sea which is a beautiful stretch of walkway leading all the way into the center of Marbella and along the sea and beach where you will find many cafes and beach clubs and restaurants. You can walk, run or bike along with path with its spectacular views of the sea and I really do not know of anything like it in the whole world. No comparison, so definately a must do when visiting here. The famous Marbella Club and Puente Romano are not far away. I grew up all over the world and find that Marbella has such a peaceful ambience with very friendly people and most of all the sun, cuisine and unique shops and things to do, and fresh air as well as safety and so much to do its hard to choose.

This property is the most unique property in Marbella because of its outstanding panoramic views, its wonderful peace and quiet and nature in its park like garden. The huge terrace just off the front entrance to the flat is very private and has magnificent views of the whole of Marbella's iconic majestic La Concha mountain, as well as sea views, and the sprawling town of Marbella ahead with its twinkling lights along the Golden Mile coast at night. The villa is hidden away on the last undeveloped land in Puerto Banus being only the 3rd community entrance from the Banus marina. You will have a large selection of hip clubs and restaurants within walking distance including markets and farmacies, cafes, and anything you could possibly want. Walk down to the port in 15 minutes, or indulge youself in one of the many places to go just behind the villa in Aloha.

My property is the only one in Marbella that sits on top of a short steep hill, with incredible views, not only of the sea and Marbella Coastline, but La Concha Mountain as well. No other house sits at the top of this small short hill, so some have said its like the jewel in the crown of Marbella, and its very very private and peaceful, something that is getting harder to find here. The pool is huge, hotel sized and I have been told that not even the 5 star hotels nearby offer a heated jacuzzi outside to enjoy under the stars and big open sky at night. Of course we also provide a luxury experience as much as possible with terrycloth robes to use when getting in and out of the jacuzzi. We offer laundry service for a one week or two week stay, and designer sheets and towels. In addition to this the villa is on a private community within a short walking distance to world famous Puerto Banus and all that it has to offer. Mercedes taxis will come within five minutes to pick you up at the villa and take you into the port within 5 minutes. Just behind the villa you could not ask for more convenience. We have all the best and most desirable restaurants within walking distance from this location, like Mosh Fun Kitchen, Breathe, a few quiet nightclubs, La Sala a bit further away , Tuk, Bollywood Indian and Curry Leaves, El Jardin, Cafe Gourmet, the list goes on....As well as rentable tennis courts at Brothers just behind the villa. If you need to see an English speaking doctor there is a medical centre nearby, as well as an amazing butcher which prime meats from the north and bottles of gourmet wines, We have a Weber grill you can pop those steak on and enjoy. There are 2 great organic markets, Mercadona grocery store, and Opencor convenience market (this one is open late at night and very early in the morning) a good laundry service, very good optrician, Aloha pharmacy, Inch which is great Asain food to eat in their restaurant or carryout or delivery.
