Villa Ellie is a new built and recently renovated , luxurious villa with private swimming pool, free WiFi, air-conditioning through the property and an vast exterior area that will make your holidays unforgettable in our beautiful island!



It is situated in Prines village where you can find any basic amenities you need in walking distance (about 10 min) and it is just 7 km away from the beautiful town of Rethymno. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people!



This brand new villa of 210 sqm consists of two levels, fully air-conditioned and nicely decorated with fine and modern style furniture so it can make your holidays ideal for families or group of friends!



On the ground floor you will find an open plan living with modern furniture, a fireplace and a flat satellite smart TV where you can watch your favorite Tv channels or listen to music! A large dining table stands by the living room where you can enjoy your meals! Right next to that there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you need to prepare your meals. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both fully air-conditioning with having direct access to the swimming pool and the outdoor area! A full bathroom is also situated on the ground floor between the two bedrooms.

On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, all of them with access to a large barcony with outdoor furniture and overview to the pool and the surrounding area, where you can relax in the evening and have a drink with your friends! A full bathroom with all the amenities needed (washing machine and clothes dryer) is also on the first floor.



Outdoor area

The distinctive feature if villa Ellie is the vast and spacious outdoor area that cover a area of 3000sqm. with lots of facilities. The best spot is your private 60 sqm. swimming pool for your refreshing moments with stylish and comfortable sun beds so you can relax by your pool all day long. There is a children's playground on a shaded area close to the pool that will make our little friends have fun and enjoy activities both inside and outside the water. A special area was made for you with a BBQ and dining area overlooking the pool with a large table in shaded area offering you the ability to gather all together and enjoy special moments with friends or family. There is also a ping pong table available, so you can enjoy a friendly game with your loved ones! Finally, an outdoor shower and 2 WCs (for men and women separately) are located near the pool to make things easier when you want to spend more time by the pool.



* Note: The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge and it had to be used for the entire stay. Please note that the maximum temperature the pool can reach is 25ºC.

Being a small countryside village, Prines has only a few small shops however, your basic requirements will be met by the local mini-market, pharmacy, the traditional cafes and the excellent tavern close to your villa.

Staying in Prines village will give you the advantage of both countryside life and being less than 10 min away from Rethymno town by car. It stands only 2kms away from Atsipopoulo, the closest town where you can find everything!

All guests are expected to check in after 15.00 and check out by 10.00. We are happy to arrange an early check in or a late check out if we know in advance and if next/previous guests' schedule allows us to arrange that.



Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
