Country House Surrounded by Trees
Country house of 150 meters on one floor, Nordic decoration. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room of 50m with 2 fireplaces and beautiful American kitchen.
The living room has 3 environments, the living room and dining room, and the part of games with a professional football table and a professional electronic target, video console and other board games.
From the living room we go out to the porch with a mobile fireplace and outdoor furniture with blankets for the cold winter days.
Plot of 2800 square meters surrounded by perfectly fenced pines. Natural environment ideal for excursions in the area. The town has a pharmacy and there is a nearby gas station. Pets are allowed as long as they are not left alone in the house, do not climb on sofas and beds.
No bachelor parties or parties are allowed.
* 20 minutes from Segovia and 30 from the Hoces del Río Duraton.*
