Villa Niolos IIは真新しい3ベッドルームヴィラです。丘の上に位置し、Souda湾を見渡し、美しい海の景色を眺めることができます。

Villa Niolos IIは、高いデザイン水準と建築品質で建てられた140㎡の新しく建てられた高級ヴィラで、有名なマラティ島とルトラキ島の砂浜ビーチから車でわずか2分です。 その位置（丘の側に位置している）のため、ヴィラはSouda湾の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。

Villa Niolos IIのインテリアデザインはモダンでレイアウトも機能的で、3つのベッドルームに5人のゲストを収容し、必要に応じて最大7人まで収容できます。 1階の別荘に入ると、リビングルームとキッチンで構成される広々としたオープンプランエリアがあります。 リビングエリアには、快適なコーナーソファー、コーヒーテーブル、55インチHDTV、屋内ダイニングエリアがあり、屋外家具付きのベランダに直接アクセスできます。 それの隣に、キッチンはあなたの自炊できる休日をできるだけ簡単にするためにすべての必要な電気器具を完備し、そして朝食カウンターと屋外ダイニングエリアとガスバーベキューグリルのあるベランダへの直接アクセスを提供します。 部屋全体は明るく開放感があり、美しい海の景色を楽しめます。 シャワー付きのバスルーム、洗濯機付きの独立した保管室も同じフロアにあります。

1階にはVilla Niolos IIの2つのベッドルームがあり、そのうちの1つにはシングルベッドと化粧台があり、もう1つにはキングサイズのダブルベッド（1,80 X 2,00）があります。リクエストに応じてシングルベッド2台（0,90 X 2,00）として設置。 両方のベッドルームにはエアコンが備わり、パティオの家具が備わるバルコニーへアクセスでき、海の素晴らしい景色を望み、プールを見渡せます。 このレベルではバスタブ付きの追加のバスルームも利用できます。

2階への階段を進むと、主寝室がある美しい屋根裏部屋に着きます。 ダブルベッド（1,60 X 2,00）、オープンクローゼット、小型冷蔵庫、シャワーキャビン付きの専用バスルームが備わっています。 大きなドアと窓からは専用バルコニーに出られ、敷地内にはSouda湾、海、周辺地域のパノラマの景色を一望でき、プールを一望できます。

Se stayed at Villa Niolos II for one very memorable week . The Villa is gorgeous and the view from every room is breathtaking. The Villa is very well equipped. The property is very well maintained and secure. There is ample parking and the villa is within a 10 minute drive to beaches and restaurants The pool area provided a wonderful relaxing setting with an amazing view. Stella our hostess was incredibly helpful with all our needs . We can not say enough wonderful things about her . We highly recommend this property .

The Best of the Best

We have been staying in VRBO's for more than twenty years and have found a few gems that always topped our list. Villa Niolos left the finest standing! Honestly, the pictures, as beautiful as they are, do not do this stunning villa justice. Breathtaking, panoramic views, a gorgeous pool area and several outdoor spaces. I love to cook and the kitchen was very well-stocked for a picky chef. The bed in the master was super comfortable (we didn't use the others) and the support from Stella and the Etouri team was exceptional. A great location with lots of lovely beaches nearby. Don't hesitate ... this one is a spectacular find worth every penny. Thank you Stella for a fabulous stay!

Excellent house 9/10

Super house and Etouri concierge. Best advice and on good restaurants an reseevations. Love id. The pool however was way too cold for us. So we did not use it. It could be heated for 70 euro a day, but for 2 weeks that quite a lot of money extra. We recommend to use a few solarpanels to get the pool on at least 24 degrees. Then it would be fine.

Best Villa Ever

After 2 years not being able to travel and just hoping that the Villa was going to be half of what it looked like on the VRBO website well it was so much more. From the moment we arrived at the property we were greeted with the owners, homemade Greek cookies, honey and groceries they had picked up for us. We decided to rent a car there as everything is driving distance so they arranged it and delivered it right to the Villa. The views were absolutely stunning from all directions. A few days after we were there, the owners stopped by to clean the pool and they brought us homemade spanakopita. It was delicious. They recommended some good restaurants in the area which were were great. We will definitely be back to that Villa in the near future. Thanks for everything.

This is a stunning villa with a fantastic host and efficient and friendly concierge service. Everything was smooth and straightforward. Great location down the quieter end of the island. Amazing views from every window and balcony. The pool was a tiny bit small but the was clean and warm. The villa has everything you need and there's plenty of mini-supermarkets within minutes of the villa. The welcome gifts were well received! You'll need a car - but you'd need a car wherever you stay on Crete to explore the wonderful island. Only 20 minutes to Chania where we ate most evenings. There's also a wonderful local beach with 3 or 4 restaurants, all delicious and reasonably priced.

Exceeded expectations

Wow. What an amazing experience. Breathtaking views. Short 20 min ride to old town for nightlife/restaurants. Beaches of kalathas, mirathi, loutraki within a very short drive. Place was spotless. My 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son had a blast playing ping pong and swimming in the gorgeous pool. Ms Stella couldn’t be any sweeter and more accommodating. Greeted us upon arrival, as well as, on our departure and leaving fresh fruits and treats during our stay. I would 10000% stay there again and highly recommend to anyone.
