Cottage with pool, Villa 4 Nietos

Villa 4 grandchildren is a perfect accommodation to enjoy holidays with family or friends. The house has a capacity for 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms (with double bed), also on request we have a baby cot. In the living room there is a sofa bed.
We have 2 bathrooms.
Open kitchen with cozy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher. Large dining room gallery and rest area.
With a pool to enjoy, relax and rest.
Very quiet area to rest and enjoy mountain walks.
The house also has a summer kitchen with barbecue.
There is also a washing machine.
Towels and bedding available included in price.
Just 10 minutes drive from the beaches. Wonderful sandy beaches in El Campello and San Juan.
15 Km from Alicante, a historic city with many tourist attractions, Castles, Beach, Esplanada, Restaurants, Bars, coffee shops and much more.
35km from Benidorm with its attractions, Agualandia, Terramitica ......
A perfect place to enjoy a good climate between beach and mountains.

Mein Ferienhaus ist in Busot / Alicante an der Costa Blanca.
Die Villa 4 Grandchildren besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschierspühlmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Microwelle, Kühl- Gefriehrschrank…. , in Esszimmer, 2 Bäder mit Dusche.
Mit privaten Pool auf dem Grundstück. Auch eine Sommerküche ausserhalb dem Wohnhaus, und Grillgelegenheit.
Auch sind uns Ihre Haustiere herzlich Willkommen.
Sonne und Natur können Sie hier das ganze Jahr über geniessen.
Vielfältige Möglichkeiten, Wandern, Joggen dierekt vom Haus aus, Schwimmen im eigenen Pool und im ca 6Km entfernetn Meer, Surfen, Tauchen….
Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Preis enthalten.
Der ideale Aufenthalt zum Erholen zwischen Meer un Berge.
Auch geeignet für einen längeren Winteraufenthalt. (Preis auf anfrage)
Zu den beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe gehören die Höhle Canalobre in Busot. Das Museum of the Archology of Alicante, Burgentour mit gut erhaltenen Burgen. Mit dem grössten Palmengarten Europas in Elche. Das Bergfestungsdorf Guadalest, der Naturpark von Font Roja, mit vielen seltenen Pflanzen und Tieren. Benidorm mit seinen Augua Natura, Augalandia, (Pools mit Rutschbahnen), and Tierra Mitica (Erlebnispark).
Der nächste Flughafen ist ca 20 Km entfernt.

Mi pareja y yo estuvimos muy agusto. Es tranquilidad y paz absoluta. Los dos unicos peros que le tengo que dar es que en la zona de la piscina tenían muchas avispas y que la tele es antigua. Pero por el resto un 10.

Los propietarios tanto Carmen como Antonio muy agradables y amables y atentos, he estado con la familia y a sido una experiencia muy buena y recomendable, relax total y mucho que ver.
