Single house with private swimming pool of 11 x 5 meters, situated in a quiet passageway at 12 minutes walking distance from the beach of Riells. The house MALLOLS 5 is distributed as an entrance, two double bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a second separate toilet, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a separate kitchen and a garage (no parking car, only for bikes). The kitchen and dining room have access to a large terrace, one part with a canopy and the other part covered, where you can prepare your meals in the shade or sunbathe in front of the swimming pool. At the front of the house there is another covered terrace. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, fridge with freezer and satellite TV with all French channels. 
Check in on Saturday or Sunday depending on the period. HUTG-049424-95 / Non-smoking accommodation / Maximum capacity: 4 people (including children and babies)

Bien passées mais la maison a besoin d'un rafraîchissement et revoir la fermeture des portes et des fenêtres, la piscine aussi à revoir car la filtration n'arrive qu'à la moitié de la piscine. Mais beaucoup plus important sont les odeurs d'égout qui sont dans toute la maison et pas uniquement dans les pièces d'eau malgré l'ouverture des fenêtres même la nuit. Dommage.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir genossen. Es war ein schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Pool ca. 12x6m. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Toaster, 2 Kühlschränke gab es auch. Senseo Kaffeepads sind notwendig. SAT-TV mit deutschen Sendern vorhanden. Für den Hund war in 70m Entfernung ein Wald. Der Hund kostete 45€ pro Woche. Ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Promenade mit schönen Restaurants und Tapas Bars . Die Tapas vom Carpe Diem sind zu empfehlen. Der schöne Hundestrand ist nur mit dem Auto, aufgrund der Entfernung, erreichbar. Daneben sind Lidl und Mercadonar. Das Vermittlungsbüro hat freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft zum Haus geführt und eingewiesen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Maison agréable , cependant il manque certains équipements ( sèche cheveux/ bouilloire). La salle de bains est minuscule.

C'est vrai que cette année nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes avec les piscine. Avec les 3 mois de confinement le maintien des piscines n'a pas pu se faire comme il fallait. On a pu se rattraper mais peut-être avec un peu de retard. Encore désolés et merci pour votre commentaire! À une prochaine année dans des meilleures conditions pour tous ;-)
