WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT RAMEY HAS BEEN EXTENDED. THE LOUNGE AND SNUG HAVE BEEN ENLARGED, THE LOUNGE NOW SEATS 12 AND THE SNUG 7 GIVING EVEN MORE GROUND FLOOR SPACE TO RELAX IN WITH ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
RAMEY SLEEPS UP TO 12 IN 6 BEDROOMS.
Ramey is located in St Nicholas Place some 200 metres from the promenade, beach or golf course and about 400 metres from the town center. It is also only 4 minutes flat walk from Duncan and the rest of our houses in Augusta Street. St Nicholas Place is a wide residential road which is very quiet as it leads only to Links Road and the golf course (pedestrian access only). There is plenty of parking here which is unlimited and free of charge.
Ramey is set back from the road and is the middle one of three which are set in their own grounds. In front of the house is a large gravel drive with off road parking for two cars and a quiet front garden with lawn and shrub borders with conifer hedging. At the rear is a good size garden with a patio and patio furniture.
Ramey is our fourth house to have SKY TV you can watch the FAMILY channels along with all 7 SPORTS channels.
We have added WiFi internet which is unlimited & free of charge plus Freeview TV to all non Sky rooms.
Please note this is a non smoking house.
GROUND FLOOR
Porch & Hall:
Spacious entrance hall with plenty of hanging space in the porch along with an area for boots etc.
Lounge & Dining Room:
Very spacious with views to front and back gardens along with patio doors to the rear garden.
Lounge area: New Large 46' flat screen TV with SKY TV & DVD player. NEW Five piece suite seating up to 10, using giant footstool. Includes a corner sofa great for snuggling up and relaxing in front of the TV Views to front garden.
Dining area: With large dining table seating up to twelve and matching sideboard.Patio doors open up onto a fully enclosed private rear garden.
Snug Lounge:
Access from the hallway with views over the front garden. Four seater sofa, great for putting your feet up and relaxing plus two arm chairs, seating six. Large coffee table & book case. Flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview TV.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted with base and wall units containing all cooking utensils, plates etc. Cooker with two ovens, grill and 8 ring hob with extractor over. Also includes large fridge and separate very large freezer, microwave and dishwasher plus breakfast bar seating 5. There is a door from the kitchen to the rear garden and bin storage.
Shower room, WC and Utility area:
Fully tiled with shower, wash basin, mirror plus WC also Washing machine and Tumble drier.
FIRST FLOOR
Superking Bedroom 1:
Overlooking the rear garden with Superking (6ft) bed, wardrobes, long dressing table with drawers and mirror. There are also bedside cabinets with reading lights, a Cot and 19 inch Freeview TV.
Superking Bedroom 2:
Overlooking the front garden with Superking ( 6ft ) bed this can be split into 2 singles if required, bedside cabinets along with reading lights wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror and Freeview TV.
Superking Bedroom 3:
Overlooking the rear garden with Superking (6ft) bed, this can be split into 2 singles if required bedside cabinets along with reading lights, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and Freeview TV.
Twin Bedroom 4:
Overlooking the front garden with twin beds, bedside cabinets along with reading lights, wardrobe with built in drawer and long mirror.
New First Floor Family Bathroom:
Fully tiled with seated bath, separate shower, washbasin with mirror over, heated towel rail and WC.
USE OF BEDROOMS 5 & 6 ON THE SECOND FLOOR IS INTENDED FOR LARGE GROUPS ONLY. IF YOU WISH TO USE EITHER OF THESE ROOMS A SURCHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BOOKING. THIS SURCHARGE WILL NOT BE REQUIRED DURING PEAK TIMES.

Bedroom 5 - New on the second floor with Super King Bed:
This room has a superb Velux balcony window with views to sea and golf course. The superking bed can be split into two three foot beds if required. There is a 22inch TV with Freeview, a dressing table with mirror, wardrobe and bedside tables with reading lights.
(Please note; you may decide this bedroom is unsuitable for young children due to the Velux window system)
Bedroom 6 - New on the second floor with King size Bed:
This room also has a Velux balcony with sea views and a five foot bed along with 22 inch Freeview TV, dressing table with mirror, wardrobe and bedside tables with reading lights.

New Second Floor Family Bathroom:
Bath/Shower room Fully tiled with six foot bath large separate shower, washbasin with mirror over, heated towel rail and WC.
GARDEN
Rear Garden:
Next to the house is a paved area with garden bench. Access is from the kitchen or via the patio doors from the lounge.
The back garden is mainly laid to lawn, which rises up to a large area of decking with patio chairs and table seating 12. To the east is a raised flower and shrub border. The garden shed is not available to guests at present.
