FLORES PLAZA Apartment provides an exquisite, delightful and comfortable stay.
The apartment has a great location, set right in the heart of the historical centre, in the pedestrian street Rua das Flores, one of the most historic and picturesque streets of Porto.
A 10 minute walk from the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Ribeira area.
São Bento Metro/Train Stations are 2 minute walk and Clérigos Tower and Lello Bookstore are 5 minute walk
In the surroundings there is an amazing variety of local and high end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with terraces.

It is placed in a centenary building totally renovated in 2018, keeping the old facade.
The apartment offers a stylish, elegant and superb décor, with beautiful and unique details.
Bedding and Towels are of high quality and the bath amenities are from the lovely portuguese company- Lousani.

An entire apartment on the 2nd (with elevator) floor with 50m2 for 1- 4 people with a bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchenette, 1 bathroom and a great balcony facing the Rua das Flores.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washer, fridge, coffee maker, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, ...).

Also included:
* Free Air Conditioning, Cable TV, and Wi-Fi;
* Bed linen & towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and cap, soap, and body cream.

We also offer a private transfer service from the airport directly to the apartment:

If you’re driving to Porto, we recommend parking temporarily at Parking Saba Cardosas for check-in, then moving to a more affordable option:

Valentin was there to meet us and show us round. He also pointed out a local supermarket and gave loads of tips for restaurants and trips - which we used to great success. The location was ideal for access to the rail station and the old town. It was also not far from the bridge to get across to the left bank. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great property in super location and excellent communication. Great AC, laundry kitchen and dishwasher. As should be expected even with great windows their was a bit of noise late at night.

Amazing location. Exactly as advertised.

Sandra, who represented the property manager, was amazing. She came and met us to give us our key. She was able to let us in early, which was even more appreciated. Sandra was a wealth of knowledge about the answers to questions that we had about local resources. So many aspects of the property were really well thought out. It was raining, and there were umbrellas available for our use. The kitchen had a great teapot and both tea and coffee, warming beverages on what turned out to be a chilly stay in Porto. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels were abundant and absorbent. I can’t say enough about the location. There were great restaurants and bars in close proximity. Lots of cute stores. Incredibly easy access to all of the highlights of Porto. The location felt very, very safe.. Even though the street is super busy during the day, it is closed completely to traffic. At night, it was quiet and easy to sleep. We spent four amazing days exploring Porto. After getting to know the city, we would not change a thing about our selection to stay at this property.

Very nice apartment in the old part of the city. Some music in the evening but not disruptive. Easy check in and check out. Very close to Sao Bento train station - easy to walk.

Lovely place in a great location

The flat was just as described and had everything we needed! The balcony was our favourite part - sitting out watching people go by on the pedestrian street. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do!

Wonderful Condo, Perfect Location

If you’re looking for a well stocked, beautiful condo centrally located in the heart of Porto, look no further than here. The communication and check in process was also super easy and we were given great recommendations for dining and sight seeing. My only recommendation is leave your car at home as it is not required and parking is awful.

Great stay in the Bbest location in Porto!

The apartment was clean and bright with lovely views on one of the most charming streets in Porto. Everything we wanted to see was a short walk away. Little touches in the apartment like robes, slippers, and nice soaps and bath products were so appreciated. We loved opening the balcony doors for fresh air, pretty views, and hearing occasional street music from below. Valentim was super responsive and gave us lots of fabulous recommendations for exploring Porto. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Recently renovated beautiful high end apartment located on a pedestrian street only a short walk to all major historical sites and the Duoro River. Rua das Flores is a beautiful pedestrian street with many great restaurants and shops. We stayed 5 nights including the weekend and had no noise issues at night as everything seems to wind down by 10. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your stay in this beautiful city.

Wonderful place, highly recommended!

A wonderful apartment, right in the heart of Porto. Great communication with our host. Easy walk to anywhere in the heart of the old city. Clean, modern, updated. There are tourism guidebooks available for your use. Close to many restaurants and tourist sites. There's a grocery store right around the corner. The air conditioning works great. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Cute apt in great location

The apartment had everything you need and was clean and very well decorated. The location was amazing. You walk out your door to a pedestrian street with cafes, restaurants, street performers, etc. so many choices of where to eat. You could walk to most places worth seeing. The only downside to the location would be that there are people out all hours and can get noisy. Didn’t bother us, but see how it’s not for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place in Porto

What a great start to our visit to Portugal. It is a lovely, bright, sparkling clean space right in the center of the city on a pedestrian street that is quiet until 9 am or so. It is equipped with everything we needed. Excellent apartment.
