Art & Charm II Apartment provides an exquisite and unique stay. Experience upscale comfort in Porto, in a traditional area surrounded by cafes, trendy shops and restaurants, right in the heart of the historical centre.
It's housed in the building of the former Fábrica de Cerâmica das Devesas, nominated for Architecture Awards.
Douro River and the magnificent area of Ribeira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are a 20-minute walk away and Trindade metro station 12-minute walk away
In the surroundings there is an incredible variety of sophisticated local restaurants, trendy shops and terrace bars.
At a 12-minute walk from the Trindade Metro Station and 7 minutes from the iconic Torre dos Clérigos and Lello Bookstore.
Porto's nightlife is mainly on Galeria de Paris street, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

In the surroundings, there is an amazing variety of local and high-end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with terraces.

The apartment offers a stylish, elegant and superb décor.

Great apartment, perfect location!

From the beautifully tiled facade, the building opens to a newly renovated, modern interior. Our apartment was clean and spacious. The location, in the center of old city Porto, was fabulous. There's a great breakfast/lunch place just across the street and may dining option a short walk away. Joana and Melissa were gracious in assisting us with any needs and providing quick answers to our questions. We would highly recommend this spot for your visit to lovely Porto!

Perfect spot

Lovely place for a few days. Perfect spot to work from and explore the city. Tons to eat and drink around the area. Hosts were absolutely lovely to deal with and gave lots of recommendations.

Stylish and Spacious Place to Enjoy Porto

We spent over a week at this beautiful apartment. All amenities were ideal with an added dash of style. Check in was very prompt. Management staff very courteous including our need for a late night check in with Valentim. Building is near historic district and very vibrant with many shops and restaurants. Condition was spotlessly clean. Bed and linens were high quality and comfortable. We felt safe coming in day and night. Recommend in every way.

Wonderful stay in Porto

Very nice flat in a great location. The management was helpful with recommendations and local advice. Comfortable bed and linens provided. One tour guide called this area the “avocado toast district” and we saw why - lots of students, artsy types and hipsters. We felt very safe and the locals were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Such a wonderful stay in Porto.

The apartment is great. Spacious, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the restaurant below. Close to lots of places to eat and drink and a quick walk down to the river. Don’t miss the City Palace Gardens, a 15 winter walk to the west through a quaint neighborhood we really enjoyed.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Porto. One of our tour guides called the location "hip" - near lots of bars and restaurants. Central location: can walk everywhere and close to Metro if needed. Apartment was very clean (#1 for me). Great for a couple. Bathroom/shower quite large and comfortable. Nice touch with the robes! Joana was very helpful from the point of meeting us at the apartment to the end of getting us back to the airport. Book an airport transfer through her - very easy.

Perfect Location

The apartment is in a perfect location in Porto - lots of great restaurants within a couple of blocks and easy access to main attractions to Old Town. It is beautifully appointed, well stocked and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property and great location

The property was lovely, great amount of space and lots of amenities. The location in particular was excellent, within walking distance to so many places. Will look forward to staying here again

I'm already homesick for this spot...

My husband and I (along with our 4 month old at the time) stayed here for a month of slow travel in Portugal. We spent a LOT of time in this apartment, because we both work full time remote jobs. We can't say enough positive things... if good food and good coffee are important to you when traveling, this is your spot! If you like being within easy walking distance to the more touristy spots but not in the middle of them, this apartment and neighborhood are perfect. If you want to feel like you're staying somewhere as welcoming as it is beautifully put together, stay here! We loved having our morning espresso on the patio overlooking the neighboring restaurant. We absolutely loved exploring the Cedofeita neighborhood, but also being able to easily make it to the Ribeira or City Center. I could go on and on, but hopefully by now, I've got you somewhat convinced! Look no further – book here!

Amazing apartment in the middle of a hip and trendy neighborhoudud

Very trendy apartment in a hip area in the old center of Porto. The apartment is fully equipped and recently renovated. Nice host who thinks along with you and provides advice. The apartment itself faces a courtyard and across there is a co-workers space. Some curtains on the doors would be nice for privacy.

Appartement très joli et bien situé

La terrasse est un plus. Manque juste un petit voilage aux fenêtres car il y a un espace de co-working juste en face et les utilisateurs sortent fréquemment fumer (certains travaillent le week-end compris). Si on ne veut pas vivre dans le noir, un voilage serait l'idéal. A part ce petit bémol, appartement très fonctionnel et très joliment décoré et il n'y manque rien (et s'il manque quelque chose, il suffit de demander à Joana et on nous l'apporte). L'appartement est qui plus est, très bien situé. Très bon séjour.

Great Apartment-wellL

The apartment is very modern and perfectly located with lots of cafes and restaurants very close. Valentim, was very helpful and easy to deal with Earplugs are provided in case the restaurant is too noisy but we found we could hear nothing with the doors closed. It was surprising though to discover that the other side of the courtyard balcony was an office where staff enjoyed their smoke breaks.
