250 square meter villa located directly on Lake Vico 40 minutes from Rome and 10 minutes from Viterbo. The villa is equipped with every comfort and a private guard and an adjoining beach with services and pier. It is possible to rent boats and request a person to cook and clean with extra payment.
The villa is inside the Natural Reserve of Lake Vico, a splendid and romantic location where you can spend relaxing periods immersed in nature, but close to the big cities, such as Rome and Viterbo. It is possible to rent a boat to go fishing or relax on the waves.
