Our spectacular penthouse is furnished and decorated with good taste, fully equipped to make your vacation as memorable and comfortable as possible. One of its characteristics is its 35 m² terrace, with beautiful views of the sea and La Gomera. Ideal to enjoy every sunrise while having breakfast outdoors and rest sunbathing on the terrace. Ideal location a few meters from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, taxi and bus stop. The building in which the apartment is located, has elevators and community pool. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, magnificent sunsets, outdoor dining on your terrace and the sound of the sea .... This is the apartment for you!

Lovely relaxing stay in Puerto de Santiago

A lovely little apartment for 2 right on the seafront of Puerto de Santiago. Quieter than the larger southern resorts but still plenty of restaurants and bars and access to supermarkets, chemists etc. Black sand beach directly across the road. The apartment is on the 5th floor and West facing so great views across the sea to the island of La Gomera and great sunsets over the ocean. Yolanda is a great host going out of her way to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay.

Lovely apartment

A lovely spotlessly clean apartment with a large wraparound balcony with the best views, perfect for a couple. Yolanda was so friendly and helpful and provided lots of little thoughtful extras! We would most certainly recommend the apartment and hope to return soon. Muchas GraciasYolanda

Great location

Very well equipped apartment. Small but perfectly adequate for two people. The location and the large terrace makes it a bit special. Fantastic views of the sea and beach. Yolanda is a great host and always goes the extra mile. Try the Tapas restaurant across the road - had some great seafood there.

Excellent on every level

This apartment was superb. Location is beside the beach. Balcony is amazing Communication was excellent Owner Yolanda could not have done anything more with the welcome wine, beer, water and food definitely going above and beyond A fantastic experience from booking through to check out

Heerlijk appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Heel net en compleet appartement, enorm ruim L-vormig balkon met prachtig uitzicht op een baai en Playa de la Arena, alsmede op de Teide. Goed verzorgd door eigenaresse Yolanda. Fijn matras. Ontvangst door Yolanda zeer hartelijk, en ze is gedurende verblijf goed bereikbaar.

Fabulous apartment

This apartment is perfect. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. It is in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants and bars within an easy walk. The Blue Martini was fabulous and we ate their twice. Yolanda is a superb host - she provided more than the basics and included welcome drinks, bottled water, fruit and cold meats. All the basics such as hand soaps, coffee, tea were provided and she had a little box of toiletries including toothbrushes and toothpaste for anyone who had forgotten those essentials. The local beach is a very short walk across the road and it was delightful waking up every morning and having our breakfast overlooking the ocean. The cool breeze kept the apartment cool, especially at night and it was lovely and quiet. I would recommend this apartment and location to anyone wanting to visit a less ‘touristy’ part of Tenerife and I am sure Yolanda will make you feel very welcome. Thank you Yolanda.

Holiday in la arena

Great apartment over looking the beach with lovely views of the sunset from the large wraparound balcony every thing provided in the apartment food and wine and water and fruit even toothpaste and brushes also a parking place for a car in the garage and best of all Yolanda the host what a lovely lady very helpful and always smiling hope to visit again in the future

Super host

Excellent place, top floor. Pictures are accurate for the view. Well equipped kitchen. We are staying at 2 different VBRO's this trip month long trip and this is the better of the two. Yolanda is more than a super host....she's a SUPER SUPER host. She met us at the appointed time to check in and showed us everything about the apartment and the garage parking. Yolanda had the apartment spotless when we arrived with clean linens, blankets and pillows. Extra nice touch was the toiletries, wash cloths, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent. Toothbrush in case you forgot, lotion, sunscreen.Two welcome bottles of wine, beer and soda in the fridge. Sharp kitchen knives. The apartment is close with 3 adults but we made it work.There is plenty of room on the wrap around balcony offering views of the beach and Teide from the side. The apartment is quiet at night. There is the typical car noise, but no clubs with loud music near. There are many restaurants close with lots of variety for any taste. The only negative is the wifi/internet and TV. The internet speed varied greatly. It was not consistent enough to support work that involved teleconferencing or uploading data. It is good enough for checking email and general browsing. But there is fiber internet available at several cafes in the area if you need that. For a couple, this IS the place to stay. I don't think you could find a better host.

Lovely stay

Lovely apartment with great terrace and views. Much less touristy area but still loads of restaurants etc. Yolanda provided everything you need. Brilliant communication with Yolanda and VRBO.

What a wonderful location, apartment and host! Everything has topped my expectations. The only sad thing is: the more people learn about this apartment, the harder it will get to book it. But I will try - for sure!

Didn't think it could be improved - how wrong I was

We stayed at this property back in March this year - loved it so much so came again. Yolanda is amazing a fantastic host - great communication and she goes out of her way to make sure you have everything we need. She has installed a new TV box so we had lots of TV channels to choose from. The apartment is spotless - comes equipped with coffee filter machine, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board etc- plenty of towels - even towels for the beach as well as two deck chairs and a parasol. Apartment is on the 5th floor but there are two lifts. Swimming pool is large and very clean with lots of sunbeds to use. It is a short walk downhill to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. We recommend Legends (sports bar) great food at reasonable prices and La Gaviota (Italian) family run business - food is amazing. We can't wait to come back to this apartment we just love it.

Beautiful apartment with a great view

A beautiful apartment at Puerto de Santiago/Playa de Arena. Large terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The apartment was very clean and light.The owner was very nice. And surprised us with a stocked refrigerator and fruit basket. We had no time to use the pool. We would definitely come back here.

Great location & brilliant customer service

Yolanda really is a Super Host. The apartment didn’t disappoint, the location was great, check in was seamless, Yolanda met us outside with the keys. The welcome package was brilliant, she really has thought of everything. The apartment has had new lounge furniture which you can see in the pictures below. Yolanda’s knowledge of the area is second to none, when asked about good local restaurants she gave us a couple of really good recommendations, none of them disappointed. The customer service and communication from first booking to our last day was nothing short of brilliant. Yolanda, you were great, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our holiday brilliant.

superb penthouse with garage

This place is absolutely great. The pictures are:"what you see is what you get". And even more when we opened the fridge! The kitchen outfit is complete. Shops, restaurants, beach (beach umbrella available!) and supermarket within walking distance. The view is lovely and for stargazers; a visible MilkyWay during clear skies. Yolanda is a great host and we would love to come back some time.

Lovely as always

This was our 4th time staying here. Yolanda is honestly the perfect host. Wonderful welcome goodies, brilliant communication from start to finish. Also she kindly let us check in early and out late. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes and the walk to los gigantes is lovely, with more bars and restaurants there. There is another walk the other way to la cala about 50 mins, not much there, handful of cafes, but nice to walk along the coast. Just hope we can return again soon. Thanks Yolanda for another perfect stay Jo and Rob x

Perfect-Absolutely Perfect

Yolanda should be a super host -so helpful and quick to respond to messages. The apartment was exactly as described , great location with just a short walk downhill to beach restaurants bars and shops. There is also a lift. Yolanda also gave us a lovely surprise with food in the fridge, apples,salad,butter,ham and wine and chocolate etc. There was even items in the bathroom,shower gel, toothbrushes toothpaste etc. No need to rush to the shops when you first arrive. Really comfortable firm double bed -not twin beds pushed together. Lots of towels including beach towels. The balcony is large with great views of the sea and mountains. I could go on because this rental has everything and more. We loved it and will be returning.

Amazing views and location

Very well equipped apartment suitable for two people. Communication with Yolanda was very good and she supplied lots of extras to get us started. Location is great with everything you want nearby. Property has a large balcony which has great views of the beach and sunsets. A parking spot was supplied in the garage which made life easier.
