Situated close to the Catacombes, this apartment is great for 2 guests, complete with a botanical balcony. Just a 12 minute journey from Ile de Cite.
On the 3rd floor of the building- with an elevator up to the entrance.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The living and dining room offers lots of light and views out to the balcony. The furnishings are nice and eye-catching, with sofas and armchairs in orange and green, with a central coffee table. There is also a dining area in this room, with a table, surrounding chairs and plenty of artworks on the wall.
BALCONY
The balcony offers lots of plants and views to the surrounding architecture. There are sliding doors for access.
KITCHEN
The kitchen offers all the amenities you will need during your stay- including a table and chairs, as well as a coffee machine.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is light and airy, with access out to a balcony. There is a double bed, chest-of-drawers and a television opposite the bed.
BATHROOM
With sleek tiling, the bathroom includes a basin and walk-in shower.
There is a separate WC.
