Casa Cordova is a beautiful and spacious NEWLY REMODELED vacation home. As you enter the gates to the home you will be greeted by breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Casa Cordova Soleil is located in beautiful Sunset Cliffs Natural Park which is one of the most sought after locations in all of San Diego. This 7 bedroom 4 bath home also has a HEATED swimming pool and spa. You can also enjoy the entertainment room along with a billiards table.

Enjoy the sweeping ocean views that are unmatched among the beautiful homes in Sunset Cliffs Nature Park. You will have hiking and surfing at your doorsteps. The ocean front deck spans over 70 feet where you can sit and enjoy the pelicans flying overhead. Enjoy a sunset barbecue dinner overlooking the ocean. You will have front row seats to watch the amazing sunsets.

There are so few properties in San Diego that have such spectacular oceanfront views and multiple entertainment areas throughout the grounds. With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there is over 4000 square feet for your family reunion. This property is truly one of a kind.

You will be located 10 minutes from Sea World and 15 minutes from The San Diego Zoo. The eclectic town of Ocean Beach is only a 2 minute drive away.

Please note: Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding noise disturbances, over occupancy and/or parties, Deposit forfeitures, fines and evictions for violations are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies and closely read the contract terms and conditions before renting . Please note that there is a small casita on the property that is not occuppied. Your privacy will not be interrupted.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. - If you decide to leave early please let us know. -Place all furniture in its original location. -Turn off all air conditioners, fans and heat.
-If you have time, please start the pool towels in the washing machine downstairs. -Log out of all streaming apps on the TV. -Place all pool/beach gear in the storage closet near the entry.
-Place dirty towels in the bathtub. -There is a hose to wash off sand in the front grass area. -Make sure the front gate is shut all the way upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Property does not allow parties/gatherings of any kind. Including Weddings, grad parties, bdays, bachelor etc.
Only overnight guests allowed, not to exceed the party size at time of booking. Booking will be cancelled if there is a gathering planned at th ehome
Quiet time outdoors after 10:00. Owner is not liable for accidents on our bikes.

House was beautiful. Great view of the ocean. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Communication with Lisa was excellent especially when the dishwasher didn’t work- she responded timely with updates regarding the repairmen’s schedule.

Dream Beach House Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this gorgeous home! There were 6 adults and 4 children, including 2 babies. We especially loved the gated pool and the luscious grass area downstairs for the children to run around in a safe environment. Needless to say, the views are unparalleled in this beautiful home. Lisa was so helpful with answering all of my questions during the booking process and during our stay. We can't wait to stay here again! My entire family absolutely loved everything about this spacious house!

Amazing stay over Thanksgiving

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The host is extremely helpful and friendly, and the home had everything we needed for my one year old son. Sunset Cliffs is a great neighborhood. Quite honestly the near 360 degree views are even more spectacular than the pictures!

Beautiful Home

The views are incredible, the house is laid out perfectly for a family. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with appliances and cleaning supplies. The pool and hot tub was well maintained. It was a good location for the theme parks and Zoo

Great vacay

This is a beautiful home, great location and wonderful management. The house was stocked more than any home I have ever stayed at. The only thing we needed to bring-buy was shampoo!

Awesome place with great location

We enjoyed spending Christmas at this wonderful Sunset Cliffs home. Our host, Lisa,asked if we wanted a Christmas tree up a few weeks before we arrived and she had the house beautifully decorated. The house is close enough to all the main San Diego attractions and after doing some touristy things in the morning, we got to enjoy the afternoons looking out at the Pacific. Nice places to walk along the coast. Highly recommend and thanks, Lisa, for being a great host.

Wonderful property and spectacular views

We stayed for a week and did not want to leave! The property is well-maintained and well-stocked with incredible views of the Pacific and amazing sunsets. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Lisa and Tom were extremely welcoming and accommodating in providing information and answering questions. Would definitely stay again!!

Great family vacation site!

Just spent four days over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house beautifully accommodated 4 couples and two toddlers. The kitchen is great - even for holiday cooking. The view is spectacular. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub in spite of the rain and unseasonably cool temps. Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Property Mgrs Lisa and Tom were great and took care of everything. There was plenty of room for our group of twelve and the view was the best ever. Would not hesitate to go back!

Perfect Place

The location, layout, accommodations, and amenities were all perfect for our two families with young kids, and the views from the main level were spectacular! The pool and hot tub were also a big hit and the safety fence gave us peace of mind while not in use. Lisa and Tom were very accommodating with arrival arrangements and were always quick to answer questions. If we find ourselves back in town we’ll definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect as always

An absolutely wonderful property

This was truly a wonderful property - situated perfectly on the beach and with the most glorious sunsets. Equally close to other areas of San Diego. The house is well stocked, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully laid out to accommodate a large group, and a pleasure to stay in. Lisa and Tom were fantastic- super friendly, hospitable and accommodating. We would not hesitate to visit again - absolutely a gem.

Sunset Cliffs Views & Heated Spa/Pool

We had a wonderful week! The home was well laid out and stocked so met our needs perfectly! The inner courtyard heated spa/pool was a delightful end to each days sightseeing! Sensational Sunset Cliffs!

The pictures are fabulous, but don't capture the spaciousness, comfort and light filled fabulousness of this house. Very well equipped with pool and ocean toys, cooking gear, towels and lots of sitting and hang out areas. We watched the sunset every night, and had a wonderful time!

Beautiful House for Our Family Vacation

The house was so amazing! The space was perfect for a multi-family vacation with 7 adults and 5 kids. We already miss waking up to the expansive ocean views. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but it had everything needed especially ample pool towels for everyone. The location was great and nearby so many activities. Lisa was very communicative and promptly helped answer last minute questions we had.

Retirement party

We had a family reunion to celebrate my husband's retirement. Their were 8 of us and the house was perfect. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and plenty of living space. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay

Lisa’s house is a perfect home base from which to explore San Diego! In person, it’s even better than the photos. We enjoyed the outside spaces, including the pool/floaties/toys for the kids. The beds and pillows were comfortable, towels were plentiful, kitchen was well stocked with not only basic spices but also oil, vinegar, and other cooking items. Lisa was very responsive via text and quick to help out if we had any questions. We loved visiting the cliffs across the street and it’s a short drive to just about anywhere else you’d want to visit!

Thanksgiving at Casa Cordova

Our large family of children & grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The accommodations were fabulous for all ages. The heated pool and pool toys were a plus & used from all day. Our oldest grandson loved learning to shoot pool with his grandfather. The hose was lovely & accommodates all ages. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing a Thanksgiving feast. Lisa was very helpful and replied to our questions promptly. I would highly recommend Casa Cordova!
