NICE FAMILY VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) for a maximum of 8 people.
LAY OUT: This villa offers us the best comfort of a very warm villa, practical and with a perfect lay out to enjoy the best holidays ever. With a private swimming pool and a lovely garden that give us the possibility of enjoying the warm and soft Alicante region weather.
INTERIOR: We access the villa through the back of the house, we get in through the living room. Very big and bright where there are several sofas as well as a fireplace. Through some stairs we will arrive to the kitchen which is very spacious and very practical and where we can cook any kind of meals for us and our family and friends. On this floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with double bed and the other one with two single ones. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms; one big bedroom with air conditioning and the other one next to it with two single beds. There is another bathroom with shower also on that level of the house.
EXTERIOR: There are several outside spaces inside the plot. When we access the property we have a large open parking for one or two vehicles. The swimming pool is at the back of the plot and offers a lot of privacy. There are several sunbeds for us to enjoy the sun, a table with its chairs for sharing meals, snacks or cold drinks. The barbecue allows us to cook meals all day long for all of us. The lay out of the outside spaces has been done to enjoy as much as possible the warm and nice Mediterranean weather at any time of the year. There is also a table tennis on the swimming pool terrace.
LOCATION: The villa is only 5 minutes driving to the town of Calpe. There we will find restaurants, bars and many shops. There are also excellent beaches, plenty of sun, peace and different activities that we can make on the Costa Blanca.
