Beautiful villa of 250 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 8 people on a plot of land of 1200 m2 (rare in the region) nicely planted with palm trees, olive trees, bougainvilleas, lemon trees, yuccas, laurel flowers, not overlooked in a very quiet residential area.
Sea view, 10x5m swimming pool with steps and outdoor shower on a large terrace with lots of sunshine all day long, ideal for breakfasts at sunrise and aperitifs at sunset.
Large veranda with a view of the sea, which also allows you to enjoy the shade, well oriented and sheltered from the wind.
The house is very cool inside thanks to the veranda and the air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms for the comfort of your nights.

Wonderful house with nice pool and relaxing areas.Good location, just some minutes drive from restaurant, supermarkets and beaches.The only point was that toilettes in the main rooms had no doors (except for a guest WC downstairs), so for families was uncomfortable to kick the others out of the whole room just to be able to go to the toilet.

Excellent spacious villa

The villa is wonderful and large, plenty of space for 8 people. Kitchen was superbly equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was fantastic, the pool loved by all especially the kids. Location hilly but offers views of the surrounding area.

Beautiful home, pleasant stay, great location.

We will most definitely come back at some point to this beautiful villa. For my wife and I, and our sons this place met all our expectations, (super clean house, deco and a superb pool). Not to mention, It is located at a very particular central location with a short distance to most beaches along the coast (10m avg) and just one hour drive to valencia or alicante if you like exploring the cities for eating or shopping. We truly enjoyed the surrounding communities (i.e., Benissa) Local food, drinks and the ongoing local activities (celebrations) made our stay a unique experience. Overall, a big plus.

Very nice Villa with a great pool!

We (4 adults and 4 kids, age 5-12) stayed at the casa Oia for 2 weeks and had a really good time. The house was absolutely great! Perfect size for 8 people. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped, only the fridge was a bit small for the number of people, but still manageable. Two minor things could be improved: -the where only 8 towels in total, so you need to bring your own beach towels. - as mentioned in the description of the house you are not allowed to park the cars on the property. Therefore you need to park the cars in-front of the gate which was a bit tricky as there is not much space. Nevertheless, as already said, we had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Fun in the sun

We arrived late evening due to plane delays and it was great to be be met with the keys to the property. We woke up in the morning to a beautiful clean home with a great view and pool. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one being a bunk bed room and a big bedroom upstairs. Lots of ample bathrooms for 4 people. A little slippery when wet! We had one disabled person and the layout was perfect. All on one level including the out doors and access to the pool, which was also easy access and large. We needed the pool heated and the owner was very easy and quick to contact and action taken. Lots of soft seating indoors and out, large outdoor dining area and a great terrace under cover to shade from the sun, or the rain. Car is needed to get to the shops which are quite nearby (5 mins) and to the rubbish collection containers down the hill. We loved our 2 weeks escape and felt very relaxed and safe in the villa. Thoroughly recommend. And thank you.

Vacances idéales

La villa est très bien située à Benissa dans un quartier très calme. La grande plage de sable de Moraira est situé à 10 minutes en voiture. Une petite crique est accessible à 10 minutes à pieds de la maison. Le logement est très grand, fonctionnel et le jardin est magnifique avec beaucoup d'arbres et plantes exotiques. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine.

Schönes Haus mit einigen Abzügen

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind an sich sehr schön. Der Pool ist sehr groß und es gibt genug Sonnenliegen für alle Personen. Beim Check-In kam die Dame die uns den Schlüssel überreichen sollte eine halbe Stunde zu spät, was nach 20 Stunden Autofahrt doch ein wenig anstrengend ist. Bei Ankunft gab es im Haus weder Waschmittel, noch Salz und Pfeffer und man musste alles selber kaufen, was allerdings noch irgendwo nachvollziehbar ist. Die Toilette auf der oberen Etage war leider mit Exkrementspuren der Vormieter verschmutzt, welche wir selber wegmachen mussten. Der Bezug auf einem Bett war vergilbt und fleckig. In der Anzeige wird mit mehreren Parkplätzen auf dem Grundstück selber und in der Garage geworben. Uns wurde gesagt wir dürften keinen einzigen davon benutzen und so mussten wir letztendlich zwei Autos vor dem Tor auf die Straße pferchen. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich da wir eigentlich für die Parkplätze bezahlt haben und diese nicht nutzen durften. Als die Vermieterin ein Anliegen per SMS mit mir kommunizierte, erwähnte ich einige der hier genannten Probleme. Diese wurden völlig ignoriert & übergangen und es wurde lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir doch bitte am Ende die 160€ für die Endreinigung und einen Zuschlag für zwei Hunde bezahlen sollen. Alles in allem ist die Finca zwar sehr schön, jedoch lässt die Sauberkeit sowie die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft seitens der Vermieterin sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wiederkommen würden wir nicht.

Schöne Lage und super Aussenbereich

Wir hatte einen guten Aufenthalt. Der Pool sehr sauber und gross sowie der Aussenbereich sind grossartig. Innenbereich auch schön mit Optimierungsmöglichkeiten. Hausreinigung ist leider nur oberflächlich erfolgt. TV Zimmer sehr klein und nur mit 2er Sofa ausgestattet, grösseres TV Wohnzimmer mit Ecksofa wäre wünschenswert, da wir abends gerne Filme schauen (dies ist aber nicht für alle so wichtig wie für uns). Küche gut ausgestattet. Genügend Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck vorhanden. Mixer für Smoothies/ Milkshakes wäre noch ein Plus. Sonst alles da. Schwamm, Lappen und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Schön wäre es wenn eine Erstaustattung an Backpapier,Geschirrspühlmittel, Waschmittel etc angeboten würde. Es muss eigentlich alles selber gekauft werden(Abfallsäcke, Abwasch-/Waschmittel, Geschirrspühltabs, Schampoo, Duschmittel etc. ) Keine Strand/Pooltücher vorhanden, nur auf Anfrage erhalten und eine wilde Sammlung von abgenutzten Badetücher bekommen. War ok aber nicht wirklich toll. Keine richtigen Bettdecken, nur ein Laken für 2 Personen aus einem unangenehmen Material. Da wir unser Fleecedecken dabei hatten aber kein Problem. Betten sind bequem und gut. Technische Geräte funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Netter und sehr schneller Kontakt mit Gastgeberin vor und während Aufenthalt. Alles in allem stimmt die Preisleistung für uns nicht ganz, im Vergleich zu anderen Villen. Wir hatten die letzten Jahre Villen im gleichen Preissegment, wo Whirlpool und Sauna und Dinge wie wöchentliche Reinigung, Bettwäsche/Badetücherwechsel, Pooltücher, Welcomepaket(Flasche Wein, Wasser, Früchte), Duschmittel, Seife geboten wurden. Für 5 Sterne müssten noch ein paar Dinge verbessert werden. Einen Aufenthalt können wir dennoch empfehlen.

Superbe villa !

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa très bien située à 10 minutes de la plage. Il y a un mélange de plusieurs espaces à l’ombre (sous l’olivier par exemple) ou au soleil. La piscine est d’ailleurs au soleil toute la journée. Dans la maison, les chambres sont spacieuses, avec 2 douches au RDC. Sans parler de la superbe suite parentale au 1er étage. On reviendra !

El alojamiento es fabuloso. La piscina con una orientación inmejorable. El interior bien cuidado. El cenador de la casa es lo mejor, bien orientado y protegido del sol, con una muy buena ventilación. La existencia de aire acondicionado en habitaciones ha asegurado el confort en algunos días calurosos. Como puntos a mejorar serían el menaje de la casa (se ha echado en falta cuchillos buenos, batidora, exprimidor), las sábanas y toallas que estaban muy desgastadas y que la barbacoa disponga de una sombra. También sería bueno que se asegurar un suministro básico de detergente lavadora, lavajiklas, sal, abrillantador, fregaderos, estropajo etc. Por lo demás la casa es casi de sobresaliente.

Belle Villa très bien localisée

La villa est conforme à la description : confortable, grande piscine, le tout situé près du littoral, dans une zone calme et élégante. La véranda est très agréable, complétee par son barbecue. Nombreuses salles de bain . Petit plus: il y a l'équipement nécessaire pour un bébé. Points négatifs ; je liste tout par transparence, mais j'ai bien mis une note de 5/5: - rien n'est fourni en plus de la maison : ni sel ni d'huile, absolument rien dans la cuisine, pas de lessive ou de papier toilette. Il faut tout acheter pour démarrer. - il y a 2 chambres adultes, les 2 autres sont plutot pour des enfants; comme indiqué sur l'annonce. - le frigo peine à garder le froid (car le congélateur était plein de glace?) - il a fallu insister auprès de l'hôte pour avoir des serviettes de bain. Elle a fini par nous en ramener du supermarché, non lavées.

Superbe propriété

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette villa. Tout était vraiment conforme à l'annonce, ainsi qu'aux photos. A notre arrivée, tout était propre. La maison est très bien équipée. La piscine est spacieuse et très bien entretenue, les enfants ont adorés. La terrasse couverte est très belle et vraiment pratique, nous y avons pri tout nos repas. Nous avons apprécié, nous détendre sur les chaises longues, à l'ombre du grand olivier, qui est à la fois splendide et impressionnant par son envergure. Ce fut pour ma famille et moi-même de très belles vacances.

Tolles Haus

Wir verbrachten mit zwei Familien sehr erholsame Tage in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und war sowohl für Eltern als auch Kinder ein Highlight. Strände und Buchten an der Küste erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Zur nächsten Steinbucht kann man auch laufen. Ein zweites Schlüsselpaar wäre noch eine Verbesserung. Ansonsten alles top. Die Verwalterin war immer schnell erreichbar, wenn wir sie brauchten.

Excelente!!

Hemos pasado 2 semanas en casa de Olivia. La casa es fenomenal. Es muy grande y decorada con mucho gusto. La cocina está muy bien equipada, no falta absolutamente nada. El jardín con las palmeras y el precioso olivo dan un ambiente muy agradable. La piscina es enorme y excelentemente cuidada. Además es un sitio súper tranquilo. Paquita, la agente de la casa, y Olivia, la dueña, se ocuparon en seguida de arreglar de un par de cosas que les comentamos. Nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto.

Mooie villa op een goede locatie

De eigenaar van het huis is TOP, eerste klasse gastvrouw. Daarentegen is de persoon die het ontvangst doet en de sleutels komt afgeven niet professioneel. Geen uitleg, enkel afgifte van sleutels. Bij aankomst hebben we direct gemerkt dat het huis niet gepoetst was. We hebben gebeld nr de eigenaar en deze hft dat direct opgelost. Toch zijn er enkele belangrijke punten die in de advertentie staan maar niet kloppen, zoals : je kan geen enkele wagen achter gesloten poort zetten! 2x per week kuisdienst daar wist de betrokkene persoon niets van, dus moeten bijbetalen. Dit zijn details dat vr ons zeer belangrijk waren. We verbleven er dan ook 3 weken! Het huis is zichtbaar gerenoveerd en met smaak gedecoreerd. Eens we er dagelijks in verblijven zagen we vele mankementen : frigo is veel te klein vr de grote van het huis. Er kunnen namelijk 8p in verblijven, alsook koelde hij niet en was hij van ondermaatse kwaliteit wat toch spijtig is vr zo’n mooie grote villa. Bad konden we niet nemen want er was geen dop in, dit ook niet in de afwasbak in de keuken. Buitendouche: douchekop was stuk. Hoofdbadkamer was handdouche ook niet in gebruik (stuk). In 1 vd kamers was de rolluik stuk dus 3 weken in donkere kamer en zonder is te kunnen verluchten. Al deze details zijn vr ons wel frustrerend geweest omdat we toch heel veel geld betaald hebben alsook dat we er 3 weken verbleven. De Frigo is echt een totale ramp. Betere frigo en nog 1 extra zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Als deze zouden opgelost zijn zouden we direct weer boeken vr volgend jaar en dan direct vr een maand want het huis is mooi en goed gelegen.

Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour que ces 3 semaines soient un régal : Maison très joliment décorée avec beaucoup de goût, des chambres confortables et des équipements ultra complets qui vous font oublier que vous êtes dans une location de vacances. Une piscine spacieuse très agréable, des extérieurs fleuris dont un olivier fascinant et ancestral, une vue sur mer qui vous booste à chaque fois que vous l’admirez. Autre point très positif, vous êtes à 10 minutes à pieds de la crique Baladrar, pour se baigner dans la Méditerranée. Et pour couronner le tout, Olivia et Thierry sont des hôtes très conciliants : ils ont été très facilitants et bienveillants pendant la période Covid qui a précédé notre séjour. En résumé, on ne souhaite qu’une chose, revenir le plus vite pour de prochaines vacances.
