Enjoy the beautiful, quiet lake view in both rain & shine from the covered porch and sunroom or hang out with your family and friends in the open kitchen and living space. Best of all, you can get outside and enjoy the beautiful lake at will!

What a perfect lake house! Our family had such a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed the dock that had an awesome covered seating area with fans, tv, and refrigerator for cold drinks. The hosts were also fantastic—very responsive and provided a great experience. We can't wait to come back!

A great getaway spot. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, with a breakfast bar opening to the living room.We particularly liked the back porch overlooking the lake, and the wet bar at the boathouse. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out for an early morning.The grocery stores in Littleton are just a few minutes away for those resupply runs.In short, one of the best VRBOs we have ever used. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Home on Lake

A beautiful place at a great location

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home, which is well situated in a small cove right off the main lake. Ideal for our children (5 and 9) who enjoyed playing on the dock and swimming in the cove (the water was very clean).

Lake Gaston 2024

Another great week at this cottage. Weather was perfect. Every year there are more great additions. We loved the addition of the bar on the dock. We always love spending time on the back porch. We highly recommend.

Family vacation

This was our third stay at this beautiful property. We love the location and peacefulness of the house. The house is clean and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The addition of a roof on the dock last year and a dock bar this year make the home even better. Thank you for another great year!

We really enjoyed staying at this house on Lake Gaston. It was awesome to be able to dock our boat right at the house and was one of our main reasons for choosing this property. The house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, well stocked, and overall cool despite temperatures in the upper 90s. The bedrooms weren’t as cool, but we weren’t miserable either. As long as you leave the fans on and the doors open, the air flowed nicely. Lots of perks: access to laundry area, kayaks, large covered porch, etc. It was a great trip!

Peaceful get away

This has been an amazing get away. We love drinking coffee in the morning on the dock. We had a heron come visit us every day. The deck is nice and cool. Overall very peaceful. Look forward to the next time we go to Lake Gaston. The host was excellent.

Very comfortable house

We are easily able to drive our boat (V-drive) to the dock. However, the dock is at the end of a small creek, and I don't think I'd want to swim off this dock. You can get to the main lake in a minute or two, so the location is still fine for boating activities. Very cozy house. Well equipped.

Peace, quiet and fishing!

My wife and I, along with my brother and his wife, just enjoyed a week of quiet relaxation at the lovely cottage house of Jeremie and Holly Lavrack. Tucked away at the end of a long, recessed cove on the shores of Lake Gaston, the cottage is situated in a quiet neighborhood where the only sounds heard were the occasional barking of a neighbor's dog and birds singing from every treetop! The ladies spent their time, resting, reading and kayaking on kayaks provided by the Lavracks. My brother and I spent our time fishing by boat and from the well-constructed dock just below the house. We were very successful fishing from the dock where we caught three large Blue Catfish, each weighing between 6 and 9 lbs.! Jeremie and Holly have a wonderful situation there on Lake Gaston. Their beautiful little cottage is spacious, comfortable and just perfect for one to two couples seeking a quiet getaway where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the work-a-day world and enjoy quiet serenity for a few days. Thank you Jeremie and Holly for allowing us the privilege to enjoy the beauty you've created on the shores of Lake Gaston.

Very nice small home

House was very clean and comfortable. There's not much of a water view if that's what you're looking for, but we just wanted to be able to get our boat out to the main lake from the house, and that's very easy to do. The house is on a very short creek, and water depth seems to be 5+ feet everywhere I went, so no problem getting a V-drive to and from the dock to the main lake. We've already booked again for next year!

Relaxing on the lake

Everything met our expectations and the house/furniture was very comfortable. Felt completely safe and secure in this quiet well kept community. The only issue was one of the three TVs was not working correctly. Would recommend this property to friends and certainly book it again.

Family vacation at the little cottage

We had a wonderful vacation at the house! The house was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and store leftovers! We had a great time playing in the lake and fishing from the dock. We caught several catfish noodle fishing right in the cove including a 30 pound and a 25 pound! Loved spending time on the covered porch ( especially the one day we had rain)! Hope to spend another week there in the future! I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Sweet retreat

We loved our stay at this lakeside cottage. Perfect for our family of 5 and nana & pa. Our 19’ boat fit comfortably at the dock & the location was great- close to the boat ramp & marina. Cottage was very well appointed, clean & comfortable. Owners were very responsive & friendly. We would definitely visit again!
