A charming, renovated quinta on 1600 m2.
Quietly situated in a typical Portuguese village of Parragil. 10 minutes drive from the city of Loulé, good for all kinds of groceries with the daily fish and vegetables market. (big market every Saturday).
At 27 km from the airport and 15 km from Vilamoura; seaside resort with marina, restaurants and beach. Ideally located as a base for exploring the Algarve.
The house has a large garden with a 200-year-old olive tree, almond trees, etc ... Garden furniture and BBQ.
The swimming pool was completely renovated in 2012 and is 4m by 10m.
