魅力的な南向きの農家は、最近所有者の農場に隣接して改装されました。リビングルームキッチン、1階に1ベッドルーム、ダブルベッド1台、バスルーム、2階、1ベッドルームに市内中心部から300 m、ビーチから1 km。 50 m2の大きなテラス1つ、100 m2の木があるプライベートな囲いのある庭
レンタルの場所は、300メートルの距離にある市内中心部と1キロの距離にあるビーチに歩いて行くことができます。

Zentral und ruhig, aber...

Dieses Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, und zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig in Saint Pol de Leon gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Zimmer liegen auf drei Etagen, Die Einrichtung entspricht den wenigen Bildern. Leider können diese aber nicht zeigen, dass es in der Unterkunft ein wenig muffig riecht. Diesen Geruch haben wie auch mit Lüften nicht beseitigen können.

Le logement est agréable et bien aménagé sur 3 niveaux. L’appartement est accolé à celui des propriétaires, il donne sur une cour privée et fermée et il est desservi par une petite rue en sens unique. Calme garanti. Les hôtes sont accueillants et discrets.

Super sejour

Une superbe semaine de vacances. St Pol et ses environs sont très jolis. Plein d’endroits hyper sympa à voir. La location est super sympa, joliment décoré et pratique. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets. Nous reviendrons !

Gîte parfait, jardins magnifiques et très bien entretenus, le gîte répond à toutes les attentes, bien meublé, tout est fonctionnel, les propriétaires discrets mais très attentionnés Bien situé au départ de très belles balades et à 5 minutes du centre ville. A recommander sans hésitation.

Wir haben besonders den Vorgartenplatz inmitten schöner Blumen genossen. Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet, das Schlafzimmer geräumig. Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum ist bequem. Der Strand ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Freundliche Vermieter.

Très bon séjour

Très belle location dans une belle demeure avec un jardin magnifiquement fleuri. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine, Françoise est très accueillante, (merci pour les Agapanthes). Rien ne manque, c est joli, clair et spacieux (seul regret le lit de 140 car nous ne sommes plus habitués). Le centre ville est à côté et le supermarché aussi. Roscoff n est pas loin en voiture. A bientôt peut-être si on revient dans le coin.

Lovely gite well placed close to town centre and beach

We spent a very enjoyable week here having chosen it because of its convenient location. The house, attached to the owners’ property, is set in an attractive garden and has off street parking. The terrace, where we were able to enjoy several meals during our stay, was particularly appreciated. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and we’d be more than happy to return here in the future.

Saint Pol de Leon holiday

Great booking process and communication( Francoise speaks little English but we managed great) accommodation great set in lovely gardens. Location wonderful and centre only a few minutes walk away..would definitely return. Accommodation less than 10 minutes from Roscoff.

Very pleasant house

We stayed at Madam Platel's house for the second time in April 2019. The house is very comfortable and really well equipped and beautifully presented. Everything was spotlessly clean. The house is attached to the family house but is entirely independent. There is a shared driveway behind electrically operated gates with space to park. The patio area is at the front but the family have their own sitting and BBQ area around the corner so you are mostly private, with the occasional family member walking by. Downstairs is an unusually well equipped kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable sitting area, and a downstairs loo. First floor has a lovely bathroom and a large bedroom, very comfortable double bed. Top floor has another bedroom with two singles, but note sloping roof means if not ideal for very tall people. The thick stone walls meant the house was cool when we stayed in the summer of 2015, and this year when we arrived in an unusually cool April, the central heating made the house lovely and warm. There is a separate store room attached where BBQ equipment or beach toys or bikes could be stored. M Platel has a few words of English so having some French is useful but not essential. She was very welcoming and very helpful, but allows you your space. St Pol de Leon is a nice old town but don't come looking for nightlife. There are a few nice restaurants including the Michelin starred Pomme d'Api which is really friendly and worth a meal, especially the midweek lunch which is a steal. Booking essential. SuperU supermarket is literally just around the corner. Very pleasant stay, M Platel is helpful and kind. Ideal spot for a couple or couple with two kids, or four adults. Highly recommended, and we will be back. Frank and Aine Ireland April 2019
