THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE is one of the luxury beach houses in my private portfolio of holiday rental properties on the Angmering on Sea Estate, West Sussex and is a landmark beach house situated directly on the quiet beach with uninterrupted sea views and direct beach access, just 90 minutes from London by train or car. And like our local sister beach houses - 420043, 1083972, 1277923 and 420044 - we are pet friendly so your best friend(s) can enjoy our beach house too. The first floor south facing balcony has stunning panoramic beach and sea views as does the large wrap around palm fringed beach-side garden equipped with hot tub, large barbecue and boasts generous outdoor dining space. In addition there is plentiful car parking on the gated drive with plenty of space for your jet ski, dinghy or windsurfer with direct beach access.

Depending upon the time of year, we are a minimum of 2 nights in low season, 3 nights mid-weason and 7 nights high season and are a Friday and Monday changeover. THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE is available for weekend, mid-week and week-long stays.

THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE has 5,500 sq.ft. of living space featuring an elegant and capacious open plan living space - with wide and comfortable sofas around the large wood burning stove - leading into the large and elegant dining space and onto the large fully equipped kitchen breakfast room; with range cooker, microwave, separate third oven and electric hob, larder fridge and freezer with ice maker.

The ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE very comfortably sleeps up to 20 including children (maximum of 14 adults) in seven bedrooms with seven bath or shower rooms, five of which are en-suite.

There are two 55' Plasma Sony 3G televisions, a full Sky package, iPod docks, XBox 360 Kinetic and Wii in the open plan living space plus an extensive collection of traditional games.


The first floor south facing balcony has stunning panoramic beach and sea views as does the large wrap around palm fringed beach-side garden which has been equipped with a large barbecue and boasts generous outdoor dining space. In addition there is not just plentiful car parking on the gated drive but there is plenty of space for parking your jet ski, dinghy or windsurfer with direct beach access. And for your peace of mind there will be full external CCTV security and electronic gate access.

The Renovation

The renovation has brought THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE to a similar style as our previous Stone Court, on nearby Kingston Gorse, and is furnished with much of the latter's furniture and fabrics. As with our other beach houses design and attention to detail have been paramount and the heritage of THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE and its previous occupants has been celebrated; to create a very original and stylish yet comfortable and friendly destination whatever the occasion.


With 20 years experience running a leading international hospitality business, and being involved in furnished holiday letting since 2004, we are dedicated to ensuring my guests have the time of their lives.

My beach houses are available all year round and are professionally managed - as opposed to being rented out to pay the mortgage or on a part time basis - and I have a full time local House Manager to ensure my beach houses are maintained to the highest possible standards.

Unique location, stunning property, total luxury

To book this house for Christmas and New Year was one of the best decisions we made this year. It was totally fabulous. Our family stayed for Christmas and then 14 friends arrived for New Year. Everyone loved the house, its style, comfort, excellent equipment and most of all the divinely comfortable beds. During the day we would walk the dogs on the beach, sit around the log fire, watch one of the huge TV's, play game and cook in the luxury kitchen. The attention to detail is second to none and everyone delighted in the beautiful surroundings and the ever changing seas. We had some sunny days and can imagine how amazing this house would be in summer. Everyone said they want to come back because there is so much room for a large group to relax together and yet have privacy in the fabulous bedrooms. We could not fault it, or the wonderful support from the house manager and owners.

If you book this property, you will not regret it. The minute the sun comes out, you are right there ready to enjoy the beach. Thank you Caroline, Nigel and Victoria for making this a memorable Christmas and a brilliant start to 2013. Penny & Tim

THE ANGMEIRNG ON SEA BEACH HOUSE is steeped in history and was the site of The Angmering on Sea Country Club Lido in the 1930's; the social hub of the estate that attracted the glitterati of the day - actors, entrepreneurs and royalty.

THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE later became the famous Blue Peter Club before becoming a private beach house. But this heritage continued until quite recently with the likes of the Kaisers Chiefs and Cerys Matthews giving private performances at The Angmering on Sea Beach House.

Located on this private family orientated estate, while we welcome family groups, we are unable to welcome single sex groups.

THE ANGMERING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE is only an hour and a half from central London and readily accessible from Gatwick and Heathrow making it the ideal house to enjoy this barely discovered stretch of the Sussex coast - be it for a private weekend, family gathering, bucket & spade holiday, or romantic getaway - and is located only moments away from its sister beach houses, Hamptons Beach House (420044) and New England Beach House (420043), Club Walk Beach House (1083972) and the Coral Beach House (1277923)
