Detta 1400 kvadratmeter stora stugan har fredliga semi-trädbevuxen inställning och en lätt 7 minuters promenad till nästan en mil från hisnande Lake Michigan stranden och sanddynerna. Stuga har väl utrustat kök, däck, rymlig 3-säsongen veranda, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, och mikrovågsugn. Simma i antingen Lake Michigan; eller i Stony Lake en mil bort. Bara några minuter från golfbanor, ridning, Silver Lake Dunes (7 miles norr), största nöjespark i Michigan, och Hart-Montague cykelleden. En kort biltur tar dig till allt från vägkanten frukt och grönsaker står till antikaffärer till en vingård. Om du letar efter en privat miljö nära Lake Michigan strandlinjen, med lätt vandring för miles i endera riktningen, du har hittat din destination!

Wonderful stay and location!

We fully enjoyed our stay at your cabin, the weather wasn't always cooperating wind wise, but we still got plenty if sun and fishing in and would most certainly rent this property again…and when I retire in a few years, I’d seriously consider moving to Stony Lake area full time and become your neighbor or buy yours if it’s ever for sale!Loved the access to the private beach away from the public access, which is awesome as well, and my son and his friends love jumping from the bridge in the canal between lakes!

Quiet area, walking distance to Lake MI beach!

Home is in very quiet neighborhood, with 10 min walk to beach. Lots of space, brick patio with tables and portable fire pit in front yard; near Silver Lake, Pentwater.

Great House

The house is great. Pictures don't do it justice. Great gathering place for our group for meals outside and hanging out after busy days of playing and touristy adventures.

Spacious Haven in the Woods

This is the perfect cabin in the woods……spacious indoors and out, stocked with everything you could possibly need, and near Lake Michigan and Stony Lake beaches. Lovely deck to listen to the breeze in the trees, drink morning coffee, gather and talk. Beach chairs and inner tubes available. Very kind next door neighbor, who gave us a local map and suggestions for special places to visit. All in all a relaxing and satisfying stay. ❤️

Peaceful home

This property reminded me of a home, rather than cottage. It had lots of space inside and outside for 4 active, young grandchildren. Did not seem cramped, even with 6 adults. There was a large patio in front for meals and bond fire. The neighborhood was pleasant.

We had a great stay. The house was well supplied, the area is peaceful and close to the beach. The hosts were quick to reply when I asked a question and the check in/out was easy. ☺️

Mostly Adequate Accommodations

We were bit disappointed with this place, but it did serve its purpose. The community is nice. We didn’t use the beach area, the kids preferred the oval. We did not sleep well, the mattresses we really poor. The water pressure in the shower was fine for two minutes then you are standing there trying to rinse off in a trickle of water. It was a really humid in the house (dehumidifier was off, not even plugged in). Took most of the week with us having to empty the tank several times a day to make it feel comfortable inside. The humidity was probably the cause for all the spiders. We thoroughly cleaned before we left. Maybe if we did this day one we would have felt more comfortable.

Peaceful and relaxing

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The private beach was perfect. The house was comfortable, loved the front deck! Kitchen had everything you would need. Unfortunately I had a Zoom meeting while there and the WiFi was not adequate.

Tranquility peace and quiet

Was way more to offer than what we even imagined we're so glad we rented this place for the weekend wish we could have stayed longer. Wife and i and our 2 dogs loved this place. I definitely do recommend and would definitely book again in a heartbeat. Would like to book again later this summer!

Relaxing, spacious, surrounded by beautiful nature

This is a fully stock house with all the amenities you need. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax indoors or outdoors. As I walked to the beach I seen deer and the neighborhood was very quite. The silver lake sand dunes are only 10 minutes away. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the house is very damp and musty smelling. We opened all the windows, turned on all the fans and the dehumidifier. The smell dissipated throughout our stay but all of our belongings smelled very strongly of mildew once we got home.

Lake Michigan has always been a special place for us. To be able to walk to the beach either for a morning stroll, an afternoon playing in the waves or for the evening sunset is such a blessing. We love to share the beautiful area with others and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
