Serenity Now - Spacious luxury condo only steps from the beach

This gorgeous and spacious condo on a quiet street just off the sand is beach living at its best! Serenity Now is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home that sleeps 6 in comfort and style.

The large and naturally lit main living area has an open living room-kitchen-dining area. The living room comes equipped with a large flat screen smart television with surround sound, as well as a selection of movies and games. The fully equipped kitchen boasts beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops, bar seating, and stainless appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, a broad array of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, and a selection of pantry items to help you whip up delicious meals after a day on the beach.

The Master Suite has a King bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath with walk-in shower and double sinks. One guest bedroom has a King bed, and the other has two twin beds. All bedrooms come equipped with flat screen smart televisions.

Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included with all rentals, so all you need to bring is your swimsuit, sunscreen, and flipflops!

The large covered L-shaped deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breezes or entertain a group. Ceiling fans and outdoor speakers help create the perfect ambiance for al fresco dining all summer long.

Serenity Now is located three blocks North of Johnnie Mercer's Pier, and four houses from the beach access. There is parking for three cars - two in the garage, and one in the driveway. The garage also contains beach chairs, beach toys, and a gas grill you are free to use during your stay. After a day on the beach, there is an outdoor shower to wash the sand away.

For active guests, there are plenty of other nearby options - kayak and paddleboard rentals, surfing, golf, or simply exploring the island on a long relaxing walk.

For foodies, there are dozens of excellent dining options both around the island, or a short drive away in downtown Wilmington.
